These are delicious, fresh, and not do not have their flavor altered by the canning method. Other suppliers offer much smaller containers for much higher prices, & can or jar their peppers in oils that can alter the flavor and/or consistency of the peppers. I would say that if you are not able to grow these yourself (as we cannot, thanks to pesky Southwestern wabbits & squirrels that apparently love the mildly spicy peppers, but lately appear to have been put off by our recently planted ghost peppers, so HA, take that, wabbits & squirrels!), & you can’t find them in your local stores, this is the best bargain for your buck with the highest quality of the product that you’ll find. The wife even gave me the nod of approval when she saw the price, so I mean, there you go, plus she loves the peppers, so boom, win-win for me.

I had tried these for the first time in a restaurant and loved them! I was so excited to see I could order them. They are very pricy and taste a lot like vinegar. I wouldn't recommend.
