It does the job but not like original remote, You have to direct the remote towards tv sensor or it wont work.

It does not work with the Samsung TV
Even though I got the exact item to match my Samsung TV model, the remote only turns it on and off but it does not do anything else, so you cannot switch channels, put the volume up or down, over all it does not work.

This remote is crap.
This was supposed to replace the Samsung tv remote my wife can't find. There is no way to install the batteries. This is the first electronic remote that did not come with batteries already installed. Who ever shipped this knew this product was unacceptable but said nothing to management. I am surely disappointed with Amazon for carrying this substandard product.

Mic doesn't work
The microphone doesn't work so voice command doesn't function at all.

Not a genuine Samsung OEM remote with slight defects, but does work.
Not a genuine Samsung OEM remote, but seems to work for now. For colored dots on one of the buttons are not centered. Closing the battery cover leaves a small gap. The remote does transmit audio to the TV for searching by voice.
