I really did my homework in seeking an optimum vitamin that was natural with a good range of DV of nutrients and so far very pleased with results. Its been 1 week and I have noticed improvement in my energy level and overall well-being. Only need to take once a day. Capsules seem on the larger side- but its a multi vitamin! Alot of vitamins packed in there! Makes sense to me! Not an issue taking down. I take the daily dose midday with my meal and so far no no digestive issues which I am very sensitive to with vitamins. I highly recommend this multi!

Label ingredients to small extremely
The only thing that I didn't like regarding the packaging. the writing on the bottles are too tiny my eyesight is perfect for reading, and I could not read the label. Please make your writing larger in a decent size please. no one should have to struggle reading the label ingredients.

What the vitamins contain
We've been using this brand for several years & have been very satisfied. They are Capsules, not tablets, also contain ample amounts of everything a multi should have. I did notice on my husband's new bottle a smell that has never been before. They aren't causing any ill effects, but I will watch the next order.

Each morning after taking I woke up with a migraine. Size was good for a vitamin not funky taste but over all not for me.

I'm a believer
I'm a big believer in taking the right supplements and always do my due diligence before trying a product. I"ve enjoyed BioSchwartz' Turmeric supplements, and when the time came for me to switch my daily multivitamin, I remembered to check out BioSchwartz' options. I love how with this multivitamin you only have to take 2 capsules per day, they make it allergen-free in veggie capsules, and has just the right amounts of folate, zinc, Vit D, and biotin I was looking for. My digestion isn't adversely affected and I feel energy all day long. It's been over a month now and I'm down with my second bottle. I predict I'll be using this for a while to come.
