I purchased this lumbar pillow to help with long hours at my desk, and overall I’ve been impressed. The pillow is firm enough to provide real support, but it has just enough cushioning that it doesn’t feel hard against my back. The memory foam molds well and stays in place during the day, which makes a big difference compared to cheaper pillows I’ve tried that flatten out quickly.The removable cover feels soft and breathable, and I appreciate that it’s machine washable—definitely a plus if you’re using it daily. The adjustable straps are strong and fit my office chair without slipping.That said, the pillow is on the thicker side. I’m average height (5’7”), and it hits my lower back perfectly, but someone shorter might find it pushes them forward a little too much. Also, if you’re looking for something ultra-plush, this leans more toward firm support.For anyone dealing with back fatigue during long workdays or gaming sessions, this is a solid option. It’s not a miracle cure, but it does help me maintain better posture and avoid the “slouch ache” I usually get after hours at the computer.Would I buy it again? Yes. It’s practical, supportive, and well-made. Just be aware of the firmness level and size before you order. You can travel with it and eventually it does puff up into the appropriate shape as advertised. I use this in my Secretlab chair rather than buying their $80 version and it works the same. It also comes with straps! Also, no factory smell.

This lumbar support pillow is very comfortable and well-designed. The memory foam is firm yet supportive, and the straps keep it securely in place. It’s helped reduce my back pain, especially during long hours driving. My only wish is that it was a bit longer to cover the entire back for full support. Otherwise, great product!

This lumbar support pillow is a lifesaver. I am a sewer, which means I spend hours hunched over my machine, and my back would hurt immensely. From the time I put this cushion on my chair, there was instant relief. It has helped me improve my posture and has made it possible to enjoy my hobby again without the constant, distracting pain. The only small downside is that it is a bit bulky and takes up some space on my chair, so you do have to adjust how you sit. The mesh cover is breathable, and the adjustable straps were a huge plus; my chair has an odd, 'emerge' type shape, but the straps fit perfectly and hold it securely. I highly recommend it to anyone who spends a lot of time sitting.

This is a huge help for travel as I have a slipped disc. I can attach it to my carryon bag or backpack and it makes an airline seat so much more comfortable.

It is soft, and holds its shape remarkably well, but it is simply too thick at the base and pushes me too far forward in my chair to be comfortable. I’ve tried in both my work office chair and my home office chair and same result. So unless you’re a very small person who needs boosted forward in your chair, I can’t recommend it.

I purchased this for my office chair at work to help with lower back pain. It's easy to attach to the chair. The back side has straps that buckle easily and are stretchy to fit any size office chair. You can turn it either way depending on what kind of support you need for your back. I've been using it for about a week now and it does seem to be helping with the lower back pain, as in it isn't as bad. Good support and quality. The only thing that would make it better is if it was a heating pad too lol. Good purchase for the cost if you are looking for something to help with back pain!!!!!

I wish it had more cushion, but other than that it works great. I use this everyday at work.
