It's solid and it works great!
I bought it to replace an old broken dispenser. It arrived sooner than promised, it went in easily for me but if you're not flexible and small, it may be difficult depending on what's under your sink. It was helpful to have another person holding the top piece while I tightened the screw from the bottom. It is nice and solid. Looks well made and is working perfectly so far. As well, the colour matched the faucet perfectly. I would definitely recommend it.

Quality product.
What a great, well made product. A nice heavy feel,,,not like some of these plastic things. Easy to put into the sink, and best of all, easy to fill. No trying to reach under the sink to get the bottle to fill, or even replacing a bottle for the tube feed, as it fills from the top. Looks beautiful. Do Not see us returning this soap dispenser. Very nice.

Spring mechanism not working
Since the mechanism is not working well, soap can't be dispensed. It's regrettable.

Solid Metal!
Forget all the others that say they are made of metal but are only metal plated. This is a solid machined piece of metal and at comparable price. Buy this one!
