This pillow is amazing. I was worried about the cooling no longer working with a pillow case on, however I put a thicker fluffy one and the pillow still has a cooling affect. The pillow has a nice weight to it, and it is firm enough to be used as a back rest. Overall great investment!

Keeps me cool, love everything about pillow

When i got this pillow I wasn't sure if I was going to like it or not. It is not inherently lumpy like I thought it was going to be. It molds to you as you use it every night but resets as memory foam is meant to. My only issue with it is when it is packaged thru gold the pillow in half then roll it and vacuum seal it. Where that fold was there is a lot less fluff and no matter what I do I cannot seem to redistribute the fluff to even it out. Otherwise it's a great body pillow Edit: Still can't get the fold out if the pillow no matter what i do but I still really like the pillow. My mother just got the same one and she does not have any issues with the fold line. I am keeping my review as 4 stars but it really is an awesome pillow

Thick, cool and snuggly! I love it!

I truly never ever leave reviews, but this pillow, OMG!!! Truly cooling!!! I have slept better in the past 2 nights than I have in months. The hot flashes I was getting was leaving me in a puddle about 5-6 times a night, with this pillow I am down to about 2 (menopause of course) and no puddle!!! Now, it will warm to your body that’s touching, but I just readjust my position and BAM! back to cool. And by cool, I mean COOL! Best part is cooling filling is removable and adjustable to your perfect firmness. I removed enough to bend for a head pillow (I’m a stomach sleeper) and still have enough for my body. I have spent hundreds of dollars on so called “cooling” pillows and this one is it!!! Thank you Nestl and Amazon!!

These pillows are great! I've had them for about 8 months, and they are still really plump!

I like the pillow.... but.... They are over selling the cooling factor a bit. If you leave it blue side up all day it will remain cool for a few minutes but it will quickly warm up with body heat on warm summer days so it doesn’t keep you cool all night. Also, while the white soft bamboo side is every bit as soft as advertised, the blue cooling side of the pillow is what people actually want to sleep on and it is a bit rough and not at all pleasant to the touch. I wish it came with a pillow case but I feel certain that adding one will prevent the cooling gel side from cooling even for a few minutes. Overall, it’s nicely filled (though it takes a day to expand) but less cooling than I hoped for.

We have a closet full of pillows. I have tried a bunch from cheap to expensive, Sleep Number to Kohls. I sleep really hot, but I bought this pillow and it is crazy how cool it feels. If I get too warm and want it cooler I flip it over. I was doubtful but now Im sold. I winter in Arizona and Im buying one of these for out there as well. It's firm but fluffy soft. Great support for a side or back sleeper. Maintains its shape, the filling is cut up foam pieces of some sort but its super comfortable. I have not washed it as it had no foam odor, and I was able to use it right away. I definitely recommend this. Great pillow!

At first for my wife and I bought this pillow is quite nice one side hot one side cold, however a couple weeks of past and now we both find the pillows are just hot in meaning having to get ice packs sweating horribly.

I wanted a memory foam body pillow as I have to be propped up whilst I sleep to try and stop my joints popping in my sleep and my last pillow became misshapen and useless very quickly. This body pillow is absolutely amazing, the foam is plentyful (which I was concerned about as it came flat and vacuum packed), the cold side is definitely cold to the touch and stays that way for some time, you can definitely feel the difference in temp to the side without the cold fabric and even through a pillow case. 100% love this pillow! 😍

I’ve been using this pillow for a couple of nights, and it’s been really comfortable. It feels cool and fresh, even in the heat, and didn’t have any strange smell out of the box. Of course, everyone has different preferences, but for me, it’s been a noticeable upgrade and worth trying (Also really fast delivery by amazon, in 6 hours i har my product:)
