Works good for your back and feet
Using a very firm ball really helps relieve muscle tension in my back, and the smaller one is amazing for my feet.

Easy to use, quick massage relief!
Great to use and immediately helps with targeting sore spots...almost more effectively for certain areas than going to a massage. A little challenging to use standing against a wall, I would recommend using it on a yoga mat. Also, the texture is a bit rubbery so can easily snag on hair (or pet fur), but thankfully it's easy to clean.
