I'm a licensed massage therapist and I loved these so much for fascia work I bought 2 sets! They hold up well to daily use for 6 clients per day and definitely get the job done. I would say they are moderate suction compared to another set I bought (also silicone) or vacuum pump cups, but honestly its very rare I feel the need to grab anything stronger since most clients enjoy/tolerate the suction on these better.

We love this. The instructions were easy to follow. They work great and they are very east to clean. I like the different variation in sizes that allows us to get all the different areas. Immediately felt relief after the first session with the tension in the trapezius muscle.

They're well made and pretty easy to use on myself. It can provide a lot of suction if you want that. It can be difficult to get it to suction on or adjust the suction, but I've found that it helps if you hold one part of it open with the tip of your finger when pressing it down. Then remove your finger and let it seal. I have fibromyalgia and get a lot of painful knots in my body. I've found that massage tends to aggravate it more than helping it. Instead of pressing on my muscles, this pulls them up. It's better for me and rarely aggravates anything this way. I think they were totally worth the money.

These cups are a good shape and glide nicely with a little lotion. Use them in a stationary position or glide them to provide a great deep massage. These are easy to use and clean. The lip on the bottom is a bit stiff, but the fit and suction are still good. For massage, the dome shaped cups work better. These are great for pain relief and to increase blood flow to a targeted area to improve natural healing. These were my first cups, and I am pleased with them. Remember when selecting cups to determine how you want to use them. These are a great value and are a fantastic compliment to the dome shaped cups.

Love this set. I sent weeks reading, watching videos and talking with people who did cupping. Thereafter, I decided to go with this Lure set and also the face set. I did not connect with the face set but I love this set because of the strong suction. I had serious sinus pain the day this arrived and tried cupping. Took a little while to figure out how to use it correctly. Then I hit a spot that I knew required pressure and boy did it get pressure with this set. After a while things got better and at some point, the pain actually went away. I also used it on my stiff neck and got rid of a serious knot. No problems with anything I worked on last night. Can't even tell you how happy I was today just to have a pain free day.Woke up with a cramp in my leg, used my cups, cramp went away. I took my set to work to show a friend. She had bad sinus problem. She use the small cup and now she wants a set. Going to get her a cupping set for her birthday.I am sure cupping will not work for everyone. All I know is that I have only had my set for 3 days it is really helping me and I love it. I can't wait to see what the future holds when I get better at using them. I am very pleased with my set and grateful that I was introduced to cupping. Very happy that I have a great set.

i like these so much, i ordered another set. i always believe in 2 of each size but don't usually order it that way at 1st in case i don't like the product and always from the same seller even if other sellers have same product, cheaper prices, etc. if others are like me, do what i did with 1 set & if you like them, order another. the smallest cup fits on back of my neck. i am about 125 lbs & the reason i am stating this is because i don't have alot of thick skin there. i also squeezed it & was very easy to use. this weekend i will use it with some oil for gliding it around the back of my neck. i like the biggest cup also because it 2 is easy to squeeze. it is large & it's unusual for something that big to squeeze. i also like the seller as he / she sent it to me well packaged. my seller is important to me when it comes to spending money. the only thing i find fault in is the pictures selling this product & show a book & that does not come with the set. i like the bag also as it 2 shows different stuff on it. i will cut the big illustrations out & laminate it so i can put on my wall & either make a bag or order a bag. i hope others 2 will be happy like me. thanks for reading my feedback

Disclaimer- This is my first time using silicone cups so my reason for returning the product could be user error.I could not get them to suction well on my skin. I used balm as recommended, followed the instructions, and looked up some videos on YouTube and I still couldn’t get a great suction.Otherwise the kit was a great offering with multiple sizes, instructions, and the bag to store them in.

My physical therapist and said it was equivalent quality that they used in clothing nic.
