I buy these every year for my bills, expenses. Savings & calendar. Love the colors & sturdiness of the outside.

very handy compact planner

This planner is great! My only real problem isn't with the planner itself, its me. I'm one of those people that TRIES to be organized and plan things but it never quite works out. I'm hoping to start using the planner on a regular basis this month, especially since my kids birthdays are coming up and so is Christmas. I need an easy way to see what I'm spending and where to make cuts. The layout of this planner has everything to do just that. I love how for each month you can lay out your goals and at the end of the month reflect on how you actually did. Once I get in the groove of using this, I know I'll enjoy it. This is definitely designed for a creative and artistic person because of the dot pages and stickers and place to make it your own. For someone who isn't very artsy (me) it still can be beneficial. I love that it is compact enough to fit in my purse, I just wish there was more room for expenses as I began to run out of room for each and every one of them. If you make a basic summary of your purchases that would probably work out better. The quality is great all around. The cover is made of this sturdy faux leathery feeling material with a beautiful color. The pages are thick enough to where they didn't bleed through with my ink pen but you could see through them a little bit. I'm not sure what would happen if you used something felt tipped for the dot pages to draw. I love the bookmarks so I can keep my place more than once. All in all I believe it's definitely worth the money, next time I just might consider buying the bigger size.

There is just enough to get the job done from month to month. However, by December 2025 I will know how well the book worked for me throughout the year. I like that I can write my items each month, like mortgage, water, electric, etc., rather than the book being preprinted with the information. And I always like the sewn-on strap to help keep the book closed. I may come back next Jan and comment more as I will know better by then if it is really going to work for me.

It comes with a little advertising insert on how to use the planner to change your life. It has annual goals, a sheet of stickers, monthly overview/budget, and expense tracking that just repeats 12 times. I live in a super dry climate and had this laying on its side with elastic closure on. Had 2 books stacked on top of it. You can see from photo of then-unused tracker was bowed. Not sturdy enough for its own elastic, which isn't tight. The ribbons are nice. The pages are hard to turn so far, crinkley along the binding if that makes sense. Like they are stiff with additive, not quality paper.It serves its purpose tho. I wanted to hand write my expenses because I just wasn't making it to the computer program consistently.

I love it; it helps me plan and budget.
