We absolutely love Heromask VR headset! The customer service alone deserves five stars. I had a complete user-error moment and couldn’t get things working properly, but the team were incredibly patient, calm and genuinely lovely. They sent clear videos, talked me through everything step by step, and never once made me feel silly. Such friendly, polite and supportive service from start to finish.The product itself is just as impressive. We bought the Languages game first and it was brilliant, really immersive and great fun to play together. As a free gift we received the Maths game, which turned out to be an absolute game-changer. It’s been fantastic for Year 4 MTC practice, making something that can feel stressful into something fun and engaging.Educational, immersive, and genuinely enjoyable, with outstanding customer service to match. I couldn’t recommend Heromask highly enough!

Good product. I would actually give it 3.5 stars because you can’t see in the app when you film/take a photo and one of the flashes is on when you are filming or taking a photo, otherwise the camera quality is pretty good and the sunglasses as well. Quality price is ok..

I have never bought anything like this before so I was not sure what to expect, but it turned out to be one of the most fun and engaging VR experiences suitable for children! It is super easy to set up and use, the kids love the variety of game and the overall experience is very unique and exciting.Even costumer service has been overly kind to me, this is 100% worth recommendation for anyone!

Excellent idea with some shortfalls that should be easy to fix and would give the product 5 stars instead of 3.1) To make it a very useful tool the words should appear in written form - the game can be fast but side of the screen could be showing the last and the several previous words. This should be easy to do but would be of huge benefit2) The voice saying foreign words should be louder (not sure if I've missed an option to make it louder)3) The settings should allow for turning off non-essential music and sounds (again, I didn't see this option)4) It should be possible to set the game to play it in a sitting position with minimum head movement - current form is fun but can be quite tiring. "Easy" mode with less throwing of the head around would allow for longer play and give more education value5) Statistics at the end with list of words correctly guessed vs incorrectly guessed would be useful6) Instructions should really be more step by step. We were not sure at which stage to out the phone in the headset and the piece of paper saying "put the phone here" was behind the divider (wrong position) so initially it didn't work - minor issue7) It only worked on our iPhone and not on our Samsung phone8) Graphics is ok but not top quality - that's less important especially given how affordable is the deviceOverall, we are happy with the purchase but fixing just a few of the above issues (especially items 1,2 and 3) would make it much better.

Unfortunately i was not clear this needed a phone to operate. Expensive given the phone is needed and you download an app.. only paying for goggles essentially.

We bought the language HeroMaskMy daughter love it because she can learn different words in different languages and at the same time have fun with the games.The HeroMask in general is very simple, and you can be immerse in the games quite quickly. However I would said it can be a be a little bit more user friendly. This is just because it requires a little bit of expertise of the user. For our good surprise it came with a little present which was the option to get the math game. We are very pleased with the app and the service.

I bought this product as a Christmas present for my 7 years old child and he seems excited about it. He is stil exploring it but he says he loves it and he is looking forward to learn new stuff.I will rate it 5 for now.

Es ist nice, aber kann ich sagen es ist für Kleinkinder, oder du musst spielen kaufen. Die Spiele wiederholen sie sich und gleiche Hintergrund es wird schneller langweilig, zum Beispielin einer Tag es war mir schon langweilig. Also für Kinder es ist toll. Ich habe es mir gekauft, weil ich verschiedene Sprachen lernen möchte genau wie ein Kind von Anfang, wie gesagt in eine Tagen das war mir schon langweilig. Aber die ist kompatibel mit YouTube 360 und andere Apps, Filmes etc, aber die tolle Apps sind teuer. Also als Erwachsene am liebsten kauf etwas für Erwachsene und dann eine spielen zu Sprachenlernen zu kaufen. Es ist besser besser Investment. Ich schicke es zurück weil es nichts für mich, aber den Produkt ist ganz ordentlich, wenn ich eine Kind hatte würde es kaufen.

My child loves this game so much, they never get tired of playing it. Every time they pick up their phone, this is the first game they choose. They laugh, they smile, and as a parent, it truly warms my heart to see how happy it makes them. This game brings so much joy into their life; it’s like their own little world where they feel comfortable and happy. It’s one of the things that brightens their day the most.
