Fly RacingFly Racing Barricade Compression Shorts (Black, X-Large)

I usually order Mens Large 90% of the time for any kind of apparel. I'm 5'9", 180 lbs, and no beer gut. The thought of clothing being too tight in the crotch incentivized me to go up a size. I'm glad I did. The XL fits great. The stitching and fabric survived the washer/dryer and the material does not ride-up into body crevasses as I pedal. I'd say I've worn these on 4 long trail adventures so far. No issues. I have not tested the padding in a wipe-out scenario. However, as a test, I did lay a section of the padding over the back of my hand and knuckle punched into it. I felt it a little, however this type of pad is way better than nothing. The G-Form brand was my first choice of pad but that company is sold out of my size. The Fly Barricade is a good alternative.

Had these for a couple weeks now. Wear them twice a week, and always wash on gentle cycle. Already falling apart at the seams. Maybe I got a defective pair, not sure. But what I am sure of is I wont be buying another pair.

Good fitting product. I wear size 34 to 36 inch waist so I ordered an XL. Great idea. Fits perfect.
