Very nice! Easy installation. I replaced a Moen and found that this unit was very similar in weight, appearance, and, in my opinion, quality. I did not need to use the plate and it worked just fine. Good spray and flow. I am very impressed!

I am moving in six months and my kitchen faucet went up. I did not want to spend a lot of money on a new faucet hence this purchase. Well well well. This faucet is nicer: looks better and works better than my expensive brand name faucet. My plumber liked it, too, and asked where I got it. I am thrilled! Highly recommend!!

I git this because I didn't want to spend a lot of money but didn't want to wait for my apartments to come replace the old one. This was a fairly quick and easy install. I will caution you do be sure to use plumbers tape and install the plastic adapter BEFORE you install the faucet onto/into the sink. The plastic adapter is a softer plastic so be VERY VERY careful not to cross thread or strip it or you will be buying the replacement line on here like I did. The sprayer is quote powerful so keep that in mind it may splatter a bit. Overall this is a good buy. I've seen a lot of bad pictures of these breaking but this may be due to user abuse or intellect. This seems like a pretty sturdy little faucet and matches the stainless steel sink so it looks like it belongs. All in all I would recommend if you just need a quick fix.

Forget the detailed review + edit I left before, I just can't recommend this faucet at all anymore.The sprayer head just broke off from the retractable cable! All that was holding it together was a thin-wall plastic tube! The rest of the faucet seems solid, lots of chunky metal giving it a good solid feel, but the sprayer head seems to only be attached internally to the hose by that thin plastic tube I mentioned.The spigot part is pretty big, not quite fist-sized but up there. I have a plastic watering can that I need to fill from the kitchen, and it barely gets into the space between handle and fill-hole on top. So I have to hold the can with 3 fingers, thumb on one side and 2 fingers on the opposing side. As it was filling, I was getting ready to take it off, it slipped, and the can (again, lightweight plastic, not metal nor ceramic or anything) landed on the sprayer and the next thing I know, I'm getting doused with water. I shut it off once I collect my wits and have a look.I thought maybe the sprayer popped out of its "socket" and sprayed me, still attached to the hose, but the sprayer snapped clean off and the hose was spraying me directly. A little spring and plastic "thumbtack" came flying out, and that's when I saw the irregular surface where this plastic tube snapped. So that was the only thing holding the sprayer head to the hose!I give up. It's like having a steel reinforced door with metal door-frame, only using Twizzlers as hinge-pins. If a simple plastic watering-can landing on the sprayer could snap it clean off, well, I just can't recommend it to anyone, sorry.So now I have to get a completely new faucet, for more $$$.

I'm a small contractor and do remodels. I bought this for my home I was surprised by the quality appearance of this faucet, the supply lines in the kit, the installation nut and the foam packaging. One end of the braided supply line is small. Each line can be inserted into the brass fitting on the faucet and tightened before you insert the lines into the hole on your counter top or sink. Usually faucets use standard braided hoses and you have to tighten the nut from under the counter, which is a hassle. This faucet has a plastic installation housing about 3" long with the nut built into it for securing the faucet to the deck from underneath. All the faucets I have purchased before have only had about a 1" brass nut which is difficult to tighten from underneath because it is hard to get a wrench under the sink to tighten it completely. Eventually the nut loosens and the whole faucet base turns. It is much easier to secure this faucet to the counter tightly because of the the large, plastic securing nut. This faucet also has a snap-on counter weight for the sprayer hose instead of two halves that you have to screw together so it's easier to install.Installation suggestions: as some other reviewers have said, it can be challenging to insert the lines through the hole on your counter top or sink. This is normal for this style of faucet. I did have to unscrew the black sprayer housing nut on the bottom of the faucet to get all the lines to fit through my counter. The instructions said it has two black washers about 1". Mine had only one black and a clear, thin washer. I ended up using the clear washer on the underneath side of the faucet before installing it on the counter. I did not use the plate because I have a granite counter. I ended up not using the black washer on the underneath of the counter because it wasn't really the right size and got squished out when I tightened the installation nut. I prefer to have the valve handle on the left to turn the faucet on because I hold items with my right hand. I tightened the installation nut as tight as I could by hand from underneath with the faucet lever on the "right". Once I tightened the nut from underneath, I then turned the whole faucet base 180 degrees clockwise, which tightens the nut more and, which I prefer, puts the valve handle on the "left".All in all, I am impressed with this faucet. It has a nice finish. It has a quality feel. It has tons of water pressure. Like I said, all the faucets where the lines fit into a single hole can be challenging. It's normal. If you're a homeowner installing this yourself, just be prepared for some possible frustration. Also, read the instructions (which aren't so great) and take your time. One other suggestion: DO NOT pull the pull-out sprayer completely out from the faucet base to install the faucet, it is very difficult to re-insert the male side of the sprayer hose past the copper lines on the inside/bottom of the faucet. I really recommend this faucet. Hope this review is helpful to someone, good luck!
