Baking and Pastry: Mastering the Art and Craft, 3e Study Guide Paperback – Illustrated, April 13, 2015

I got this as a career changer and with little baking experience, unlike most of my classmates. While this study guide isn't required, it is giving me an advantage by getting more familiar with the concepts than most.

There are several errors in the book. I bought this for school but had to have my teacher review several sections where the answers didnt match the book.

Totally useless. You don’t get the answers to check your work.
