Lovely addition to Asian food
If you like Japanese & Asian cuisine, then this is a staple for your recipes. Excellent ingredient for marinating meat poultry & vegetables giving a deep savoury salty taste which adds a depth to any dish. Made from fermented soybean and salt therefore a good source of protein & minerals. So versatile, can also be used in sauces and dressings. Recommended

Two 100g jars of White Miso Paste.
The White Miso is delicious and salty. Good on crackers or crispbread in small amounts. Good in soups or on baked potatoes.

Love this brand, but neglected to realise this a miniature size.
Luckily I bought several, for when I got the box I marvelled at how lightweight it was, I then opened it and discovered these jars! They're so wee!!! I know his brand so the contained product is as expected, and thus, excellent. Great miso for soup or for cooking, pure and unadulterated. A small spoonful will very stubbornly melt in 300ml boiled water from the kettle to make a perfect miso soup. You can add tofu and kelp, but you don't need to. This is great by itself. I also use it to slather on pork and salmon along with ginger and other flavours before cooking. The glass jar is a great option for storage. Most of the miso out there is in bags, making it messy for saving, so I do appreciate a recyclable glass jar.

Timely delivery value for money This is a great product and much value for the money. It arrived on time and I am very satisficed with this product, the price was reasonable, the item was suitable for me and I recommend it for others who are looking for the same item. Nice light flavour
I bought this to try as I don’t really like the flavour of the red miso that my local supermarket stocks. I like this much better and it makes a nicely flavoured miso soup. The jar is quite small so I’ll use it all up, unlike the jars of opened red miso which lurk for months at the back of the fridge. Bottom line - I’ll buy this again.
