I’m a Landscaper and I’m a diabetic this product is wonderful when you work on a truck and can have you appreciate made and chilled in a cooler and you can sip on it all day. It has enough protein and vitamins in it to keep you going I’ve been taking this for 10 Years and this product does work

Mix it up with peanut butter and banana

Very good product, Not too expensive, Too much Vitamin B12 in it. Vitamin B12 is associated with a happy feeling. Products with too much Vitamin B12 may lead to heart palpitations (and even cardiac arrest at worst with a large overdose). However, most of the time, it's put in the product to give people a happy feeling, and buy/use the product even more. The product has no sweet flavor, and the Dutch chocolate flavor stands out in the beginning. After a while you get used to the taste. The after flavor tastes very creamy, almost as if they added fatty acids with Omega 3 or something. Omega 3 oil is not bad for the body; but it is not healthy neither. It is healthy, when you replace your standard oils with Omega 3 oils, but an intake of omega 3 oils on top of your standard oils is not more healthy. Aside from these 2 facts, the product tastes good, makes for a good shake. For the body builders reading, this product works wonders when taking Creatine before practice, and take this while or after practice. For weight loss: This product might be good to maintain your weight, or have a minimal weight loss; barely noticeable. It is a meal replacement; so people growing muscles could easily replace their drinks with this. Personally I stack it with other Protein drinks, as there is too much B12 in this product for me.

This shake makes me feel like I'm drinking fudge. Not as sweet of course. The vanilla disgusts me. UPS claimed they delivered it to me last week though and I'm upset because I never really got it. I called Amazon and in 5 min the nice man on the other end said he'd have it credited back and Amazon does the work tracking the package from there. I couldn't believe how easy that was since it said my item was delivered to me. But more about the shake.. It's a great shake, keeps me full for at least 3 hrs (I eat/snack every 3), I LOVE the thickness, I don't like that for the price it's only a 14 day supply though. And that's ONLY if you replace ONE meal a day. I have no doubt there are more expensive ones out there. I'm not sure how long I will use it, but I suffer from tough bouts of morning nausea (not from being pregnant so it's often), and this shake is great for me to get down when I suffer from it.

Do not bother to try any flavor. I already did as being a 20 year consistent loyal Customer! Gross! I even used to sell them years ago. This new company with the old name changed formula on all flavors are horrid and audacity to keep raising the price to add insult to injury. If you are plant based just RUN with your wallet SHUT. Taste like playdough dried out or a bunch of colored chalk put in a blender just add water and ice GROSS. NO DUTCH CHOCOLATE discontinued and this "Creamy Chocolate" Whey based, yuck. Taste like a chemical blend aftertaste with some fake coco chalk. Mocha horrible too. I rather make a cup of coffee and make a frapp put in a generic tasteless brand of protien powder stay with my vitamins. I used to look forward to my shakes. I can't imagine people on the 10 day or 30 day getting results with this gross stuff. Misery all around. I guess NEW people wouldn't know the difference buy it and think they suppose to suffer with it for results or just lost a ton of money. Point is ISAGENIX BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA. You are losing customers and the new ones that are buying I guarantee won't be longevity customers. You will just all be like scam now taking people's money. Same for strawberry and vanilla. I will say the one star is for Vanilla it's bare minimum tolerable. Keep your money. Find a cheeper brand that taste cheep and gross. Get a multivitin you like open the capsule and put it in your own blender add your own MCT oil. Add whatever vitamins you need to add if you feel like others don't have the same nutrition. This is all hype. After 20 years I'm pissed!!!! And yes I buy from the the official Isagenix Website NOT on Amazon! I I've done both so it's definitely a Brand BUST. No longer a Brand MUST.
