I received this trimmer on Tuesday and noticed that they had duplicated the 3mm guide comb and that I did not receive a 4mm comb. I sent an email to their customer service address, that is listed on the enclosed information, and asked if they could send one separately. They responded within 24 hours and included shipping information for the replacement. Here it is Friday, just three days after receiving the original order, and I just received an entire new trimmer. Not just the 4mm guide comb, a complete new trimmer with all of the accessories. Now that's what I call great customer service!! As for the trimmer, it works great. It arrived completely charged, so I could try it out immediately. It's a nice size, making it easy to maneuver and easy to travel with. I love that it displays the battery level as you're using it. After my experience you can be assured they will stand behind their products if there are any issues. It's refreshing to see such great service.

This replaces a Norelco hair cutting device with a huge, adjustable hair guide that broke while packed in a soft suitcase. I was using it at the lowest setting to shave my head and at higher settings for the mustache and beard. With this little guy, head shaving is easy with no guide at all, and I use the two shortest attachments for the facial hair. The head shaving takes longer as the device blade isn't very wide, but it works well and maneuvering around the ears is easier than with the old one. For me the best thing about it is that it's compact for travelling, with just the device, the two little clip on guides, and the little oil bottle. What happens when you run out of that, I'm not sure. Maybe they sell replacement bottles. Be interesting to see how long these clip on things last without the clip part breaking off, but so far, so good.

It always takes me a while to settle on the purchase of a pair of clippers. The market has a variety of models with an endless array of accessories. I am looking for a pretty utilitarian approach since all I truly am styling is my goatee, needing help at removing hair from ears and eyebrows and getting as close a shave I can to my head while avoiding the bic style of true baldness.It is still difficult to find anything that truly meets my modest needs. I can get some of the higher end devices and be using them in a purely overkill manner since I an not looking to come up with an elaborate masterpiece of a hairstyle. Since this is far from my goal, a low end set with a affordable price, meets my needs just fine.I was a bit surprised by this product. While it is a low end model and very affordable in price range, I admit I was thinking that it may not be able to even touch my meager needs. It charges quickly which is a plus, especially if you have a social obligation and need a quick touch up. The sound is lower than the previous clippers I have owned, which is also a plus when having roommates that sleep during the day and a loud set of clippers running for an hour can be disruptive to say the least. The setting to adjust the blade to its closest setting was my only real complaint, the holding of the black button in the middle while adjusting the slide height feels a bit flimsy and I think would be the first thing to go if I needed to adjust frequently, which thankfully does not happen to be what I need but might be a concern to other purchasers. The guards that come with the set would be plenty for my meager needs, but others might find the lack of more setting problematic, especially if the set were meant to serve multiple heads.Cleaning up was easy for the blade with the brush provided and ease of removing the blade and reattaching is also simple to master. It took me about 30 minutes form start of my head and trimming goatee to cleaning finish. Most of the time was spent getting all the hair that came off.All in all this is a great buy for something that is functional for modest needs and will take care of simple tasks. I would recommend if you are looking for a affordable solution to getting your barber needs done at home, especially in these very uncertain times.

With the pandemic and sheltering in place an order, I wanted to be able to maintain some semblance of a haircut while in lockdown. I’ve owned another set before but the ease of this one, the variety of blade settings and battery life and small size make this a great deal. Small doesn’t mean cheap or hard to work with. It is just very handy, stores easily and a pleasure to use.

Good quality’s did very sturdy. It could be mistaken for a much more expensive trimmer. However it does not cut as well as advertised, and the ‘guide combs’ are cheap and don’t actually work as they should. It does okay for shaving close to the skin, but good luck if you just want to trim your facial hair to a certain uniform length using the attachments.

I thought there was just something wrong with the first one I received. However, the same issue occurred with the replacement one. The problem is that the guards don’t actually result in providing a beard trim anywhere close to what is shown on the product page or indicated on the guard itself. Using the 2mm ended up looking like the 10mm. Even when I stretched out my skin, I didn’t get the desired results. The only reason they get another star is because they replaced the original one for free

I get a haircut every two weeks but because of recent events all the barber shops are closed. I purchased this Woner hair clipper set and I am glad I did. Since I keep my hair very short, I used this without any of the included attachments. I must say this is very powerful! One pass and this clipper gets your head skin tight. I call this the boot camp special. Easy to use, easy to clean and recharge. This clipper has a battery life gauge. Battery life is pretty long. And don’t be fooled by the small size of this clipper. It is strong and effective.
