What a brilliant shaver! I’ve been using this as a bikini area shaver and it’s been fantastic. Easy and comfortable to use and I’ve had no irritation - and I do normally have really sensitive skin in my bikini area. I had to contact customer service direct with the supplier as I accidentally broke part of it and they were fantastic! They sent me a replacement as part of their no questions asked guarantee within a couple of days. Thoroughly recommend this product to everyone!

Brilliant product. Light weight, good size and easy to use. Good close shave for an electric shaver.Really useful that you can use plugged in and this was a big factor for me but I have to say, the charge lasts for ages - multiple uses over a few weeks - so havent needed to use plugged in as yet.The customer support from Briori is genuine too. Really great service. Would buy again if I ever needed to and would definitely recommend.

Initially the only problem I experienced was the odd annoyance of pressing the on/off button while using this shaver as it's position on the product is a bit of a design flaw. The button is quite large and it sits precisely where you hold the shaver and it's a soft touch button so it's very easy to accidentally switch off while trying to use it. But this soon became the least of my problems with this shaver. After approximately 3 weeks of semi-regular/standard use, the battery life became almost non-existent. At best, I would get maybe 2 minutes of full power and at most 4 to 5 minutes total before the battery would run out completely. (I may be being generous with those times as well!). As it is USB charged, I tried charging it through a mains USB socket, through a mains USB adapter plug and even through a computer but the results were all the same; the battery life did not improve.It may just be that I received a dud battery as this item seems to have lots of good reviews. But unfortunately, all it's done for me is reinforce the idea that you are better off sticking with well known brands (and consider the button location in future too).It also never gave a very smooth shave either. So overall, I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend this product.

Nice looking product at first glance.Does not give a close shave at all.Head does not move to adjust to body contours so close shave is not happening.Instructions unclear in regards to red light.On first use there was no red light on at the power button,until battery ran down.Put shaver on to charge,and red light has remained on everytime I charge or use the shaver. Is this normal or a fault??Also plastic shaver thing on top of shaver was broken on arrival.Apparently if used cant be returned? So stuck with the useless thing.And now the product is £8.50 cheaper 5 days after buying it...wonder why??

Bought for my girlfriend for Christmas. She said it’s difficult getting used to using it, however it is her first electric shaver so is probably down to that. It is effective and works well on all areas of the body.

Ordered this way back in October for a Christmas present, but when it was finally opened on Boxing Day, a tiny part of the head snapped off while putting together. Contacted seller, who was absolutely brilliant; no quibble, no fuss; replacement sent immediately. The new one has been fine, so no issues with quality. If only all sellers had such excellent customer service! Much appreciated.

Very nice shaver, easy to use , easy to recharge and at a good price

I returned this product and got a very prompt refund which I say thank you for. The reason I returned it is that it broke on first use. I didn’t find it that easy to use (There are 3 types of shave on the head) and I didn’t find it very well-made so I’m not surprised that it broke so easily.
