Great product!
This is a low carb snack which I am using to curb cravings for higher carb food. No salt, but even plain they taste okay. One way to overcome bland is eating them with other salty items, such as meat skins or meat sticks. This way they are satisfying and very enjoyable. On Friday, I can add these to a meatless breakfast bowl with 5 eggs, pepper jack cheese, cooked in bacon fat, and loaded up with these wonderful roasted soybeans, hearty and satisfying, thanks seller for a well roasted product, thses will be a staple in my diet!

Great low sodium protein and crunch!
Found these while researching high protein, low sodium snacks. Read the reviews and purchased. These do not taste burnt! They do have a bit of a strong flavor. At first our group was turned off when I presented them, but then, they tasted and became addicted. Great snack as is. Great added to all kinds of salads and other dishes. Love what one reviewer said about coarsely grinding and adding to numerous dishes. The extra protein and low sodium is a huge seller for us! I plan to experiment further with them and we are pretty excited about them. (I made roasted nuts with Dash seasoning (no salt) and added some of these as is after roasting. Perfect crunch with the nuts.

Very tasty and high protein!
Really enjoyed this low fat and unsalted snack. I could eat them for days, but soybeans can be high in oxalate so I have to watch that for kidney stone risk.

Satisfying Healthy Snack!
I'm a heart patient, and I was very happy to have found these dry-roasted unsalted black soybeans. They taste better than their white counterpart, contain healthy anthocyanins because of the dark skin, and they are low in saturated fat sodium. They are filling -- be sure to drink water while eating anything dried like this -- and they cut cravings before mealtimes. This is also the second Yupik item I have purchased, and both my orders were consistently fresh and otherwise good quality.

Keto people attention.
Personally I love crunchy soybeans and these are very crumbly crunchy. So if you're a keto person here's another great alternative as a snack.

Dry-roasted edamame, with extra roasting
For many years I had dry roasted edamame as a nightime snack, and I always enjoyed it. Eventually I ended up replacing it with tuna and sardines instead, which are also good, but I've been missing it, so I wanted to try something similar. I used to get salted, but I've been cutting down on my salt consumption recently so I went with unsalted here. I was concerned that without the salt they'd be bland, but these are quite good regardless. They taste just like dry-roasted edamame, which is way better than just soybeans, but they have a toastier flavor to them, like you get with toast when you toast it for a little longer than usual. It's more of a flavor note than the central theme. They have a decent crunch - they break easily in the mouth and gave me no trouble. The flavor is strong enough that they make a good addition to a general healthy nut mix - mine is presently walnuts (or pecans) with almonds, chickpeas, sometimes peanuts and brazil nuts too, all of them dry roasted and unsalted. A couple ounces makes for a nice lunchtime snack without making you feel heavy or over-caloried. I recommend them. I don't know if I'd eat a lot on their own, they may be a touch bland/light for that, but they support a mix very well.
