I purchased the sweet kernels looking to treat any lumps and mystery ailments. I tell you this stuff along with juicing or blending fruits and vegetables is a difference maker! I was just told by my boss that I look a lot better and that my skin looks clearer. I've been snacking on apricot kernels for a month. I snack on two to three kernels an hour or every other hour. The only reason I am trying a bitter product is because I've read that they work even better. If you prefer sweet, Shiloh Farms Organic Apricot Kernels Sweet is the way to go!

So dissapointed
My bag had a hole in it and it was all spilled out in the bottom of the box. Of course there was no way to ask for a replacement or refund.
