How do you get the plastic bins to fit?

None of them fitted should have sent them back

Will this fit 6mm holes?

The single ones will but the double hooked ones are both spaced apart correctly.

What pegboards does this fit??

Pegboard wooden tool wall 120 x 60x 0.5 dm. holes 7 cm apart purchased before Christmas. These hooks fit reasonably well. I also bought an Ikea plastic tray which does not fit. I have had to fit some battens at the back to give it more rigidity.

What is the ideal thickness of board for these hooks ? T

The pegs will only go in to a board up to 5mm thick.
