It's not totally waterproof; however, it stays on well and doesn't run throughout the day (normal day) like most do.

I have oily skin and wear waterproof eye makeup to avoid raccoon eyes in the afternoon. This was the first time I tried Avon eye liner and I found it still smudged quite a bit. It behaved more like a standard eyeliner than one that is supposed to be water resistant and long lasting. I won't buy this brand again.

I always use this product until i run out and i had to pick something else from the store. So i thought Loreal should be a good brand. And it couldnt even stay for half a day it smudges even if I use a smashbox eye primer on.

Avon products are good for the price. However, you may need to touch up or reapply. Smudges in the outer corners of eyes

Smears easily.

Only eyeliner I will use! Love!!!
