Q: do you have a size chart that actually has shoe sizes that correlate to sock size?

I started out with the 3T for my two year old, and they fit well from shoe size 5-7. At 2 and a half, he grew into size 8 shoes, and had started to stretch the socks so the heel would end up slipping down to where the elastic of the sock was on the heel of his foot. New mom, but now I know that’s a sign to size up! The extra small seem to be toddler size 8 to possibly 10, but I’d expect the same stretch to start once he’s actually in a 10. Of course, the middle shoe size is probably “perfect” fit. Hope that helps others—I’ve posted photos in my review to show the size difference between 3T and XS.

My son wears 11.5 shoe size and I realize these socks run super small, I would suggest you don’t purchase these

I would go with extra small. My guess is that they will be just right or just a bit big and he will grow into them.

toddler shoes go up to size 13. Kids shoes go from 1-5. Adult shoes from 6 and up. So 4T-5T is measured in toddler shoe sizes. Size S is measured in kid-adult sizes. 4T-5T is smaller than size S.
