Good quality organic figs at a good price
These figs arrived in good condition - I transferred all 5 pounds of them into glass jars for better storage, so I inspected them all - though I will grant that the appearance of these figs is not as uniform and elegant as some other brands that sell for twice the price or more. But since I am buying these figs for my own consumption, and not to impress my guests or create the perfect Instagram photo, I really don't care if some figs are lighter or fatter than others. I found the figs quite tasty - perhaps not quite up to the standard set by the fancy high end brands, but perfectly acceptable for what they are, which is reasonably priced, good quality organic figs. Buying them in a 5-pound bag means it will be a while before I buy more, but I will definitely buy more.

Delicious
Iโve ordered two bags so far. Both batches were wonderful - soft, chewy and perfectly sweet and crunchy. They go really fast - my whole family loves them.

exquisite figs!
We love these figs, enough so that I ordered for the third time recently - 5# each time. These taste firm, sweet, a bit chewy, all exactly what a dried fig should taste like. Yes, there are a few "brownies" that are tough to chew, fair enough, but we eat them anyway. These haven't lasted long enough in our household to test them for longevity in their sealed bag...but the big plan should they last too long is simply to freeze them and make jam of them...so no worries, we can do that, too! All in all, an excellent product at a goodish, fair price. Good value
When I first opened these and tried them I thought I wasted money. It had a smell, they were ridiculously soft and just mild flavor. I separated into smaller bags and put them in the fridge anyway with hopes that they would at least be more firm. That worked wonders! First day the texture was much better and the smell went away(must have been the bag). Second day the flavor was where it should be. I normally get made in nature ones from my grocery store which are great but the price is high and they have been having some qc issues as of late. These are a much better value and after separating/cooling they are delicious and perfect texture. Will be buying regularly

Fresh and Tasty
We have been using this brand of dried figs in a bread recipe for about two years. (We chop the figs into small raisin-sized pieces.) The fits come in a resealable pouch, and the quality has been consistently good. Have encountered few, if any, stems. I would highly recommend this product.

Delicious and Good Quality
I was a little worried because of some of the reviews. But these were pretty good. You have to open the package, shake them around a bit and let them air out. Then keep them in a dry pantry and not in the fridge. But closed up so that the fruit flies don't find them. I also start by eating the nastiest looking ones first and working my way up to the better ones. But even the few that look spoiled are just more sugary. I have not gotten any that were rotten or moldy - and sometimes dried figs just look like they were transported in a leather satchel by camel across the desert - but they are okay for eating and recipes. I like Calimyrna figs to be somewhat tough and chewy, but not dried out. I have only found them that way at some isolated delicatessens. It's a crap shoot when you order them online. But the Anna & Sarah brand has proved to be pretty good (actually the best I have gotten online) and I have ordered them several times on Amazon.

Some of the best dried figs butโฆ..
Most of the figs look like the image in the description with only a few Overripe and small Underripe fruits. I will mention that alot of them have slightly tough chewy thin skins(see photo) that suggest perhaps they were dried quickly in a very hot drier or a very hot dry climate. I would give these 4.5 stars. And props for actually filling the bag all the way up! So many times I get product that barely fill half of the bag or bottle like supplements that come in a bottle 4 times bigger than it needs to be in a package twice as big as it needs to be then This Company(starts with an A๐) ships it is a box 20 times too big and people wonder why shipping is so expensive?? Itโs because they are shipping lots of unnecessary Cardboard and AIR Thatโs why! One truck has to make 4 trips of Poorly packaged products that would only take One Trip if the products were packaged Properly! These careless companies not only drive up the prices we end up paying but they also add a tremendous amount of carbon into the atmosphere simply cuz THEY DONT CARE!๐ก Nice to see a company that gets it right!๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
