The print heads arrived quickly, and installed simply. After one print head cleaning routine to prime the system, and the standard alignment procedure, the printer is back to being 100% operational at less than half the price of new heads from HP.Edit 12/20/14 -- I'm knocking off two stars, as several months ago one of the print-heads failed. It was replaced under warranty (kudos to customer support). The new one performed well initially, then seemed to have spotty performance. All appears well again at the present time, but I'm holding my breath hoping it stays that way.

It's OK to use, thank you for providing me with extension of printer life. Time will tell if I made the right investment.

This ink is no different then it's more expensive mate. The print quality looks great even on copy paper. I will reorder when the times comes

Worked as advertised, but the quality was lacking even after a clean head and alignment.

The product met my expectations. The quality of the print heads were as good as new and it even came with its own printing proof sheet.I recommend this product and the quality of it just to anyone looking to replace their print heads without spending a ton of money on new ones.

These were a much better price and so far they seem to work as well as the new ones do.

Both of these cartridges got an error message when I put them in. I put the old ones back in and the error message went away. I asked to return these and was told to use an eraser to clean something. I'm not interested in anything that finicky and am still waiting to be able to return them.

The printer that I have a HP K8600 which says here that is supported, but the printer does not recognize me cartridges
