Quality chairs for the price. I had no trouble with the hardware or assembly. Chair seems very sturdy and they look nice in my home office! Comfortable, but fairly minimal padding, which is okay with me.

Shipping took longer than expected. It’s a nice chair. Sturdy and well cushioned. I was able to put it together fairly quickly.

I bought these because my mom has gotten age where she needs a good armrest in order to easily get out of the chair, and in order to easily pull the chair forward when she’s sitting down in it. She puts the full force of her weight on the armrest and is Able to be more independent getting in and out of the chair. We all like firm seats on our chairs. If you like a super soft seat, this might not be the chair for you. For us, they are extremely comfortable and they look nice. My only complaint is the instructions that come with. It are not very clear. I got in touch with the company and they replied right away letting me know there’s a video with instructions. Instructions on the video are super easy and I was able to assemble the chairs within five minutes.

This chair was reasonably easy to assemble, especially considering that we don’t usually do that sort of thing. We did have to start over for a step. It’s nice and sturdy- the armrests are great for my mom when she’s getting up. It’s very attractive and comfortable. We might get a second one.

First things first: I like these chairs. They are comfortable and I sit on them every day - whether that be at my desk or while I am eating at the table. I am not planning to change these chairs but I do have some very important cautionary tales for prospective buyers.All affordable chairs feel a bit "off" when it comes to quality. It's sort of unavoidable these days but if like me, you need chairs and you don't have the means to invest in non-diy-assembly pieces, then you are probably trying to find something affordable that at the very least does the job....The screws fall out of these chairs. All. The. Time. Not the ones holding the structure together but the ones holding the base cushion up. Thankfully they are supported by the frame and stay on but this is something any and every prospective buyer needs to know. If you want to buy these chairs but are worried about this happening, I really recommend that you prepare yourself for the returns process by: attempting to assemble the chairs as soon as they arrive, purchasing at a time in your life when you know you will be able to return the package to UPS and even going as far to taking photos of the packaging so you know how to repack the box. If you live in an apartment, I do not recommend UPS pick up for returns as in my experience, they have never shown up and are not great at helping when you call for support. In my experience, Amazon's support and returns process is very difficult and stressful. So, if you're not in a position to take chances, I would not advise that you purchase these chairs.Second, and less serious, if you have a cat, you need to emotionally prepare to be swatted at from behind. I recommend placing a cushion or blanket over the gap while the chair is in use. My cat has also scratched these chairs up but I don't really care too much about that.Overall, the chairs look good but they do come with the standard, annoying quality errors that a lot of affordable diy chairs carry. If you don't have time to look any further for chairs, I recommend these but if you are in no rush, I would be tempted to suggest that you look for something secondhand or vintage. In other words, something sturdier.

Good chairs for the money. I am an 87 year-old woman who assembled the first chair. The second one gave two elderly women a challenge. Hint: If the holes do not line up, loosen one or both wood braces in figure one, reducing the tension, allowing you to fasten the second leg. The chairs are nice looking and will serve a dual role in a studio apartment, dining and living room.

These chairs are well built, sturdy and easy to assemble. I ordered a set of two chairs and the shipment included 3 left sides and 1 right side. I submitted a ticket and they quickly shipped another set of arms. Great customer service and great quality product. I would recommend and would purchase again.
