So happy to find these!
I was thrilled to find 6 volt halogen headlights for my '41 Chevy truck. They are of good quality, they installed well and work fine. The regular sealed beam bulbs were not very bright, and cast a yellowish glow. Now I can actually see the road better at night, and other drivers can see me better. They are a nice bright white light.(not as bright as 12 volt, of course)Make sure you re-aim the new headlights after installing them. The new ones were aiming higher than the original bulbs, and I had to aim them slightly lower.

Fit perfectly.
I put a pair of these in my 1948 Jeepster and they work perfectly for my needs.

Very bright
Very bright for the price

Poor quality
I purchased 2 of the 6 volt bulbs for my Willys..the high beams in both bulbs burnt out shortly after installation

High beams burned out.
The low beams work fine but both high beams failed after a few months. I barely used the highs and I double checked the bulbs directly on the battery ruling out a wiring problem. I suspect the filaments are vibration or shock sensitive.

Good for old cars
Fairly good pattern and brightness for 6 volt car.

Works good only lasted about a year
Good replacement for 6V headlight on vintage cars, but this one only lasted about a year. In that year, I didn't use my headlights that much...Not sure if there is a more durable option.

works fine
I would give it five stars, but I put it in a 1938 plymouth. The other headlight is glass and more clear.
