Lucky 6 By Liz Claiborne For Women. Eau De Parfum Spray 3.4 Oz.

I think it's because when I was a child I was smothered by grandmas and aunties with big boobs and heavy perfume. For most of my life I made due with soft smelling shampoos and deodorants. I tried colognes and perfumes that smelled okay when I first put them on, but by the end of the day felt like I was tasting it in the back of my throat. I found this years ago. It has a light flowery scent that others can smell when they're close to you, but not so strong that you're walking around in a cloud of it. The Eau De Parfum lasts all day and you can smell it on yesterday's clothes. It's always been relatively inexpensive in the stores, but now online costs about the same as a lot of body sprays in the bath specialty shops. So sad it's not going to be made anymore. I don't remember seeing Liz Claiborne on the box though.

I love this Fragrance! It does last but in a light seductive way not overpowering. I am 54 years old and I still love fragrances like Clinque's Aromatic Elixir and Arden's Red Door and even CoCo. To me Lucky Number 6 is a lighter alternative to my heavier favorites and I still feel like an adult. I really do not like many of the contemporary "celebrity" fragrances: too sweet and flowery.Always remember with any fragrance you might not be able to smell it on yourself, but others will. The wearer's nose adjusts to the fragrance so you don't smell it. Think about the men and women whose cologne or perfume almost knocks you over. The main reason for the "over spray" is because the wearer wanted to smell him or herself all day long.

I've worn this for years. Being that it's no longer made I have to get it here on line. The scent isn't quite the same anymore, perfume does have a shelf life. But I still love it. Flowery, woodsy musk. Not too girly, not too dark, not too sweet... just perfect. When paired with the body lotion the scent lasts all day, without, it does fade after about 8 hours.Also, there is no vanilla in the scent, which is perfect for me. But if you're a vanilla lover, this is not for you. Personally, vanilla makes me sneeze.

Usually when i buy a perfume or receive it as a gift i like it for about a month or 2 and then i get so sick of it. Sometimes i get so sick that i just throw the perfume away because i know that i will never be able to wear it again wtihout gagging :p. Lucky no. 5 is VERY simple and not too overpowering. I have been wearing it for at least 3 weeks now and show no sign of ever giving up this fenomenal perfume. And for a price of $15? cant beat it

I had no idea what the fragnance would be when I ordered this -- only what I read in other reviews at Amazon. I have to agree that it does have a fruity scent, but doesn't hang around very long after use. My main rationale for buying it was the very reasonable price. The bottle is lovely and it has an innovative "tag" you remove from the pump top. I'm neutral about whether I would purchase it again. Might rate it number 3 in a choice of 3 brands/scents. I am also curious about the name Lucky 6 -- have no idea about the "story" behind that. Does anyone know?

THIS IS VERY NICE PERFUME. I first received it from my son's girlfriend because she received if from a friend but she doesn't wear perfume, so she asked me if I wanted to smell it and if I liked it, I could have it, but when I'm done she wants the beautiful bottle back. I loved the smell and I decided to buy another one for myself because the bottle she gave me is almost gone already. I wear it everyday. Thank you and Happy Holidays to you. Lorraine Linscott

I use to purchase this product from the department store. They do not sell it anymore. The bottle I received from amazon was not the exact same fragrant as the department store parfume. This smells more of alcohol. It seems more watery or weak. The department store parfume felt more of an oil base and it last longer. I will keep it but will not buy parfume from here again. Customer service is excellent and I've ordered other things from here that were outstanding and Iam sure I will order other Items again, just not parfume.

I love this parfum!!!! I used to wear the old Realities by Liz, until they stopped making it, and I loved it also. Lucky #6 is not too sweet, floral or heavy, which I do not like. It is lite and subtle but lasts a long time. I have gotten compliments from many people, people out in public that I don't know, asking me what I am wearing because it smells so "good" or so "pretty". Please continue to carry this brand!!!!!!
