Pro-Force Horse Fly Mask with UV Protection, Without Ears

good mask but runs very small. this will only fit and arab or lighter horse. but works good and is durable. Wish that they had bigger sizes

Fly mask great quality fit nice and last

I have worked for a large horse rescue for 28 years (and trained professionally for 10 years before that) and the fly mask thing drives me CRAZY. They either don't fit right, are too shallow in the eyes, rub their forelocks off, don't have UV protection or a host of other problems - IYKYK. But I love these - they fit well, don't rub their eyes, have the open ear area for the forelock that I prefer and have comfortable edges. And the price is AMAZING. The only thing I wanted to say is that they definitely run small. They're sized between and Arab and an Average QH size - more Arab than QH. I have two 1050- 1100lb horses and this only fits the one with a narrow-ish kind of head - and only on the last 1.5" of velcro. If his cheeks were slightly larger it would be a no-go and he's well within the weight range on the box. My other gelding who is also that same weight range but has a slightly larger head doesn't fit them at all and I buy him the Duramask which is the same design but I can get in a larger size (also more expensive). So as long as you know this and only buy it for Araby sized heads, it is perfect IMO in every other way.

Bought two of these one for my American quarter horse gelding and the other for my Appaloosa mare. The mask was a bit too small for my gelding but fit my mare so well I kept both. Mask banding is a chocolate brown. The banding is thick and padded for comfort. It has caused a small rub on my mares brow but adjusting the hook and loop closure has reduced the rub. The hook and loop closure is secure so pasture mates cannot pull the mask off. The closure is short, would better if it were an inch or two longer. Mesh is a nice tight weave to block the sun and bugs. soak or soft brush. Overall good quality and would recommend and will buy again.

Reason this is best ever fly mask is it allows air in between the ears. Notice how there is space in between the ears. This mask goes around each ear allowing the skin to breathe. The softness around the cheeks is terrific no more rubbing the skin. It is does not cover the entire length of the nose but my horses like this. I have to put sun block on one mare's skin and this makes it easier to address. Best ever fly mask for my horses! Note one size just alittle bit larger would be great.

Best fly mask ever!! My two year old has been wearing this for two months now and has not once gotten it off, ripped it, etc. I bought this after having just bought a different fly mask that was double the price, and within a couple days he had ruined it. This one was so cheap, I figured I had nothing to lose. I’m so happy it’s still going strong! Wish it had ears, but this is better than nothing.

perfect fit for my little arabians.

Love this fly mask, but the second one I bought has shorter velcro straps on it, making it less secure. And my horse is a magician when it comes to getting a fly mask off. I’m going to try and sew longer straps on it.

They work great . A little tight for 1200 lbs horse

Nice, sturdy fly mask. I’ve only had this for a few weeks so can’t speak to the durability but it has Double velcro strap keep the mask in place. Dries quickly when hosed down or rained on.

Very nice fly mask. Well made but fits small. I bought this for my thoroughbredare who is not a big girl and it just got.

Very well made but too small for my quarter horses. Better suited to Arabian or cob sized horses.

Nice color and fits well just what we needed for our appy who has to have coverage
