King Arthur, Cake Flour Unbleached and Unenriched, Non-GMO Project Verified, No Preservatives, 2 Pounds

Having family with allergies (especially corn allergies), I have learned that King Arthur Flour is one of the only flours I can trust to be free of byproducts or corn mixed with their flour. IT is always of fantastic quality, light, and fluffy, rarely needing to be sifted. Most importantly, though, it always works well and makes the best cakes and cookies. They also have instructions on the box and on their website to help bakers, making it very easy to use, and you always know the quality will be there. I will admit, though, that what always keeps me coming back is that it always produces the best taste in recipes. I cannot imagine using anything else. If you are worried about gluten, it is not

This is my go to flour for baking cakes. It is so fine and makes the softest crumb.

King Arthur is the best flour. It's all I use. Buying thru Amazon is the best value I've found. Quick ship, well packaged.

Made a beautiful crumb cake!

I used this flour to make my hubs a red velvet cake for his birthday. The flour is very fine and it made a nice, soft cake with lots of moisture. Other cake flour would have probably worked just as well but I really wanted the best for this occasion and this flour is unbleached and non-GMO which is always better.

Cheaper than buying from the grocery store, but unfortunately my delivery driver always crushes the box and tosses it on my porch, so I’ll probably just spend the extra money to buy it in person from now on.

Taste great

If you've never used cake flour, you're in for a treat. The results are what you expected from boxed cakes. All purpose is great for crusts and cookies; cake flour is the only choice for cakes. The internet will tell you to add corn starch to your all purpose to get cake flour. Ha!
