UPTIME Energy Original Blend Tablets - 60 Count Bottle

I have never written an Amazon review before, despite the fact that I have ordered literally thousands of products from the site. But nothing has ever spurred me to write a review like this product has! First, let me start by saying I'm diagnosed with ADHD - and believe in it, don't believe in it - doesn't matter. The simple fact is, my temperament is generally lethargic, it has been since I was a child. I'm fine with physical labor, I can always work up the energy to clean the house, do the dishes, etc. But I work in a research lab and on most days, it takes quite a bit of energy to get into reading and writing mode without getting bored easily, or quite frankly, needing to "rest my eyes" every few minutes. A couple of years ago I tried a friend's script of adderall, and of course that helped me focus. But along with that comes headaches, irritability, and the concentration is so intense, I felt like a robot. 2 years ago, I was prescribed Ritalin, but that was worse than adderall: it gave me energy, but this energy is chaotic - it perpetually feels like the crash phase of adderall (constant headache and irritability). Nevertheless, as I've said, my primary issue is the lack of energy: I begin to read and my eyes feel groggy. So, I've been looking for a more "natural" cure to my general lethargy. Exercising helps, but it still doesn't counteract the inability to focus very well. Eventually, after scouring the Internet, I found these pills. These pills work far better than Ritalin for concentration, and are comparable to Ritalin with regard to increasing energy levels. Helping with concentration, they are more comparable to Adderall, yet without the intensity that makes one feel out of touch with humanity. But best of all, they impart all of these gifts without ANY of the side effects! No irritability, no headaches, no stomach aches. None of that! It's seriously too good to be true. I want to go onto every ADD/ADHD forum and write about these, but then I worry the FDA will make them illegal haha (but seriously...)I would recommend these to ANY adult who suffers from attention/energy problems. I question how safe they are (are they truly all natural? Who knows...), but frankly, how safe are Ritalin and Adderall, really? And to anyone who thinks that those prescribed drugs are safer just because a doctor knows how much to give you, let me let you in on a little secret: Doctor's aren't gods, and when it comes to stimulants, in particular, they still don't fully understand the physiology behind what causes those drugs to work. What's more: they typically decide on your dosage based upon self report anyhow, and I never had my psychiatrist run a blood test on me before prescribing meds, so the dosage we decided upon was primarily based upon what I told him worked for me (and, in his defense, I was quite honest and not exploiting the system).As for the dosage of these that worked for me: I'm 5'6" and about 160lbs, muscular, and two pills first thing in the morning (8:45am is first thing in the morning to me) gets me going on through the afternoon, then I take one more around 2:30pm. Now, I typically don't go to bed until about midnight or so, so keep that in mind. But by midnight I'm ready for lights out and I fall right to sleep. Hope this review helps some of you.

Taking 3 of these definitely gives me energy but it's not the type where I can get schoolwork done (which is what I purchased it for), it's more of a cleaning/organizing/don't want to stop moving type of energy, bordering on jittery. I was a little disappointed in the marketing of this product, as the caffeine content is not emphasized. I would describe these as vitamin-caffeine pills but they really advertise them as being 'natural' energy from vitamins, minerals, etc... After doing a little more research, I discovered that each pill has about 66mg of caffeine and taking 3 pills is equivalent to more than 2 cups of coffee. I am not typically a coffee drinker but I didn't notice much of a change in energy when only taking 2 pills. I have a really sensitive stomach, and didn't really notice any adverse effects, and I can't usually handle coffee. I may continue to use these occasionally but I wish they would also make it a little more clear that they are first and foremost caffeine pills. I should have done more research before buying but was feeling desperate for more energy and after reading ingredient lists and reading multiple reviews, I felt pretty good about it. Just an FYI for anyone looking for an alternative, more natural type of energy boost.

These are unreal. So much better than coffee, this gives you a very clear energy and mood boost versus the very rash and stimulating effect from caffeine. Amazing product! I take two in the morning and occasionally 1-2 later in the day if I'm going to be very physically active. I love the mental clarity from Uptime! Ginko Biloba is working it's magic for sure, increases blood flow to your brain. Great job, Uptime. You've made a killer product.EDIT: I've learned that this product has caffeine, so I'm unsure of the benefits coming from the other substances in this product. Have to do more research to see if Ginko and CoQ10 are effective on their own without caffeine.

I was worried this was not the same UPTIME product I knew and loved. It is. Love this stuff. Far better than any Energy drink. It doesn't give you the jitters, nor do you crash. I feel it simply gives me just the right amount of energy and focus. I am 47 years old and weigh appx. 150lbs. I take half of one tablet every day with breakfast.During tax season (I am a tax preparer), I take another half of one tablet at lunch time. This gets me through the 16 hour work days yet still allows me to fall asleep when I need to.I can't say enough about this product.

I have ordered this product on a regular basis from these people and I have never had a problem getting the product delivered on time and in perfect condition. Uptime has been my favorite go to energy help when I dont want to drink a huge energy drink or am on the road. It is the perfect energy help since it is not too strong and keeps me going for the next 4 hours without a big crash after taking it. Lots of other vitamins in it to help your immune system. I am older 55+ and I have not had any problems with this product. It might have 1 cup of coffee worth of caffiene. But it has some other great energy boosters and herbs that are also good for your immune system. Hope this helps someone.

Seems to be working. Hard to tell though - As I also take in about 220mg caffeine in the morning as well. If I take more than two of these a day I feel REALLY wierd - might be too much caffeine, though I don't know how much caffeine is in these - it doesn't say on the bottle. I'm going to keep taking these and see how it goes
