Good for Basic DIY Home Use
This is an inexpensive solution for the DIY homeowner who wants to run wires behind drywall. If you are looking for something that is more sturdy for every day use you will need to buy a more expensive contractor grade product.

Would be nice if there was a light at the end of the stick
The fact that it comes in pieces, makes it easy to work with. However, in some situations, it could be a bit more stiff to get around some obstacles. Takes a bit of fidgeting, but using the proper end to get to the desired point and pull the connectors gets the job done

Great alternative to Snake Reel.
Bought these based on other recommendations and glad I did, 1st time I needed these they worked perfectly as described.Well worth the money and highly recommended.

Worked well, very compact storage
This set worked like any other fiberglass type wire fishing rod that I've used. The only unique feature is that it is in many short lengths. It can take some time to screw the lengths together to make a longer rod, but on the plus side it is easy to store in the included short plastic tube. We used it to push heavy-gauge HDMI cable 18' through a loose-fill insulated ceiling and had no issues.

Very thin and comes apart, very small hook
For some reason when I ordered it. I expected it to have a little more girth. The hook is about useless, it is so small for my purpose. And the line is very very thin. But I was able to get to the other side, if I was running a cable. But that wasn't my purpose.

Cheap and no stuck in my ceiling
Like others have said they broke at the joints where the plastic attaches to the metal. I now have 6’ in my ceiling so that’s cool. They’re a lot cheaper than in stores but not worth it. Broke first time I used it, actually broke three times. I’ve used name brand ones several times and never had an issue
