My daughters really short but she 9 kinda chunky will a 7-8 or 8-9 fit her. again she’s extremely short with a round belly lol help plz it’s for hallo

I would go with 8-9. I got the 3-4 for my niece and shes a small 3 tr old. It fit her great.

what are chest and waist measurements for size 10to11 ???

It's a regular size 10/11. Didn't do any chest and waist measurements picked her size and it fits perfectly.

where is this costume made?

Sorry I don’t know for sure ,but my educated guess I would say China...

My daughter is turning 4 and shes a lil chunky and a lil short what size will be ok?

The dress I got my granddaughter fit her a little big for her dress size, so I would order her regular size. I think they plan on them being big enough to fit more than one body type. Hope this helps. 😁
