These are wonderful cold packs , especially for the price point. I use these after I have shots in my head for migraines and they work so well. I keep them in the freezer at all times (I’ve never used them as hot packs) and they are easy to use. They maintain the cold when directly on the skin for at least two hours, are malleable and soft, but maintain their shape. They are hefty and thick without being unwieldy. This is my second purchase and can’t imagine not having them on hand at all times. Highly recommend!

I like these for warm or cold just don't over heat the packet or you'll ruin it. Just follow the instructions on the outside and it doesn't have to get hot just very warm! Will not reheat food and will not keep food oven hot. If you use it with food right out of the oven it Will slow the cooling process successfully.

I purchased these replacement hot/cold packs when one of my wife's Pyrex-branded ones exploded. These have been very durable replacements. They have functioned just as well as the original. They are not quite as thick (I think) as the original but it's hardly noticeable - and that makes it easier to fit them in our carriers. They hold hot and cold as expected and have withstood being tossed around. Excellent product.

It worked okay. I feel like the instructions for heating don't align with the results. It took me longer to get the pack to a hot temperature (using the microwave), and after that it lost the heat before I anticipated. The food I had it under got cold. I will try it again and see what happens. 12/15/25 I have been using these for the past few months at least once a week (hot). One of them started to leak out the gel inside the pack. Overall, I didn't get much use out of this product, therefore I wouldn't recommend it.

These are nice packs. I was looking for something that I could use to heat or keep cold and this product provided that. The material is nice and sturdy and I have also used this on aging, sore muscles. I plan to buy more in the future.

They arrived as promised and look to be well made. Since they just arrived, I have not yet had reason to try them out.

Worked great. It kept my casserole hot for the 1 hour drive to Thanksgiving Dinner.

It's perfect for keeping hot casserole dishes hot during transit. I heated the pack according to directions. I made sure not to overheat it. I placed it in a box and put a casserole directly out of the oven and placed it on top of the pack. I put this box inside a 2nd box and surrounded it with some paper and a towel. After I closed this box up, I had it in my car for 1 hour in 27 degree F. After the hour in the cold car, I carried the hot food into a party. The hot food was still very hot, despite being in below freezing cold for 1 hour. I was very pleased. I think this cold/hot pack is going to come in handy.

I had one set of these in the past suffer from "cover separation"... the protective fabric cover develop bubbles of separation but my latest set is not having that problem... guess I got a "Friday late shift" set.

I purchased 2 and they have been great. Seem to be sturdy also. I use them a lot and they are certainly holding up well!

Much better than the plasti-packs. Cools fast. Stays relatively flexible - i.e. it will freeze up but not ice-hard. Non-plastic, fabric-like package makes less condensation than the plastic versions. I use them a lot as cold packs and will buy again. Highly recommend.

These are covered with a cloth material which makes them more comfortable than vinyl or plastic shell. They stand up well to wear.
