It is what I ordered...however there is no doubt in my mind that this was a used/returned item that I received. The burners had the residual “crust” on them and the case was scuffed on one side. I cleaned the burners. I have owned this type of lighter in the past and I know what they look like when used over time. Yes, it works and not worth my time to return it but, I will not order from this company again.

WTH??!! I had this less than a week and I have to click it about 10 times before it will light up. What a waste of money!

Best cigar lighter I've found. The hot pink flame is cool looking, but that's not why I like it. It is a quality lighter. I expect it to last me a while.

Bought this cool cigar torch lighter with great expectations! But after 3 uses only started having problems with flame and very soon it was out! So waste of my money!

I love this torch. I get so many compliments when I provide a light to people. Most notably is the way the flame turns from blue to red. I never goes out in the wind. It fits in the pocket of my blazer, so size is perfect. It lights the first time I push the push.

I bought this as a cigar lighter and the first one I got did not self light when you used the trigger. I sent it back and after 3 cigars the new one just stopped working all together.

This lighter seemed to be a good piece of work; however, during the first week of use the color flame went away, for me that was not a big issue but then it started a pattern of two or three failed ignitions during the lighting process...finally it died...I am almost sure it is the piezo spark that stopped working as I can get the flame up again with an external fire source.

I bought this for my sisters birthday, she loves it.. Plus the flame is still pink and she has been using it now for 3 months.. She says the pink flame is a conversation starter at her social event!
