Delicious! I like to make a dipping sauce with it by mixing a spoonful into some plain yogurt. Way better than spicy ranch. Great for dipping anything from baby carrots to fried chicken wings.

An interesting Chili Oil that grows on you
I really like this stuff. I love almost anything anchovy related, but I'll admit that the first few times I tried this chili oil I wasn't all that into it. It's got an interesting flavor for a chili oil that I wouldn't quite describe as 'anchovy'. But after a while I got a better feel for what sort of dishes it pairs with, and now I love mixing some into stir fry/ground meat/noodles/etc.
