Great Value for money and does a good job
I'm new to these products, so I can't compare this to higher end airbrushes. I own bigger spray guns and used the same big compressor filtered, and regulated right down low with this airbrush. I practiced a bit first to get the hang of the technique. This tool was easy to learn on. I did the job with it and WOW! it performed perfectly and I really cannot see the touch up on the wheels I was refurbishing. I lastly used this airbrush to blow in the whole wheel and it is now perfect. Cleaning and disassembly was simple. It is housed in a decent kit box, it has a variety of accessories that will do all that I need. The action of the tool was smooth and controllable. The feel of the tool is of quality and it is tactile to use. There was no spatter or splutter. The thinning of paint and the filling of the cups was simple and easy. I do recommend getting a feel for each different type of paint before each use. If you are new to paint spraying bear in mind a good hand tool will never do the job perfectly without a good hand behind it. So practice, refine and perfect before upgrading or blaming the tool for imperfection. This tool is a great one to do that with and I am never going to upgrade it - because it'll do all that I am capable of achieving . I am happy to recommend it.

Great kit
I’m new to airbrushing and currently own this pen along with the Timbertech version. This particular pen really does feel excellent quality. Paint dispersal and action is solid and very positive, unlike the timbertech which failed after the first run. Adjustment is positive, weight is nice, the removable paint cup is a great feature for cleaning

Fengda Airbrush FE-183K Precision Dual Action Airbrush
It is a good brush , easy to use and easy to clean , not super high quality but also not super expensive , quality matches the price but a good overall kit vs price point , been using mine for a while and works as advertised I guess, it works well as a hobby brush as intended , I can recommend this for a starter or more experienced hobbyist on a budget , nice size and design as well,

An excellent airbrush for novice and beginners
If you are here looking at the Fengda FE-183K airbrush kit, I am going to guess that, like me, you are probably new to the world of airbrushing scale models and rather than spending a King's ransom on a brand-name airbrush, you wisely decided to try something a little bit more affordable to see if you could actually make it work. The good news is that this airbrush is in my opinion extremely good value for money and well-suited to novice and beginner brushes (like myself). Disclaimer: I have never used one of the super-fancy airbrushes, so I can't compare this model to any of those, I can only tell you how it works for me. This is actually my second airbrush (the first was a different brand though). I sadly destroyed my first through a mixture of inexperience and the construction of my previous airbrush. This airbrush is comparatively user-friendly. It cleans very easily. It comes apart without much fuss and goes back together the same way. It has quite a novel nozzle design and while I had numerous clogs after a few minutes of spraying with my previous airbrush, this one will keep going and going. The removable paint cups also help with this and I've often been very pleased with this feature. It has three different sized nozzle designs, allowing you everything from spraying large areas, to performing quite fine and detailed work. All-in-all, this airbrush provides much more value than what it is priced for. There are some excellent videos online of how to prepare this airbrush with a quick disassembly and some WD-40 before you start spraying. I recommend you do something like this, since you learn a lot about your equipment and it works quite nicely after a bit of prepping. If you've read this far, thanks! I might offer some tips that worked for me: 1. Just about everyone breaks their first airbrush. I guess it is a universal rule and I've been told it is the tax we all pay for the fun we get. Don't beat yourself up about it. 2. Use new paint. I've been given old paint by people that had models they weren't building and nice as it is (and quite fine for brush work), don't use it in your airbrush. There are almost certainly little clumps that will clog the action. Buy new paint, if you can. 3. New paints are usually mixed for application by brush. If you don't buy paint expressly bought for the airbrush, you will need to thin it. Trying to spray the thick paint will splutter and possibly cause clogs. I recommend you use a proper brand-name thinner for the job and follow the manufacturer's guidance (the ICM paint I am using now is mixed 1:1 for example). 4. If you have a compressor that allows you to vary the pressure, start with lower pressure and work your way up as needed. 5. Wash the sprues of your model before you start. Sometimes, the models have residue of the non-stick agent used to release it from the moulds. The paint comes off the model if this is present. 6. Use primer before you spray. I used a generic automotive-type primer appropriate for plastic. It makes a huge difference to paint adhesion. 7. Experiment and have fun.

Amazing Airbrush, pro level at discount price
Upgraded my old Chinese import airbrush into this after the dual action feature broke, to say im shocked by how good this is, is an understatement, it is prone to clogging but that may be my paint mix that im using, a flow improver is most likely needed, stupidly easy to take apart and get familiar with, great level of precision, compatible with most air supply units, multiple cups make painting a dream, and a nice hidden feature is a screwable stopper at the back, which allows you to cap how far the needle can be pulled back completely eliminating the fear of overspray. This now has become my basecoat, detailing and painting airbrush, it does all flawlessly thanks to the 3 needs, 3 nozzle fits that come with this.

Very pleased, perfect for my needs
I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised by how well this works for the price. I have a high quality Japanese made airbrush and I have to say I often revert back to using the Fengda as I find it easier to work with. I have to say here however that I only use an airbrush for blending and creating mist and cloud effects etc, I don’t produce detailed paintings using an airbrush alone so I couldn’t say if this airbrush would be suitable for intricate work.

Good quality and good value for the price
This is my first airbrush. The action feels smooth with no binding or sticking. It's lightweight and comfortable in the hand. With the right air pressure dialled in and the right mix of paint to thinner in the cup, I achieved good results painting the base colour on a model plane as a first project. I like that different paint cup sizes and caps are included. I haven't tried painting with the different needle and nozzle sizes, but I did install them and switch them out to make sure they fit (they did). I think this is a good beginner airbrush, though I've seen this style recommended by a couple of experts online as well. Worth the price for sure.

Decent at best.
Firstly, the airbrush and many other parts were dis-lodged from its foam within the box, causing it to rattle around. Fortunately, nothing was damaged. For the price, the airbrush sprays well and has a design which makes it easy to clean. However, the trigger on this particular airbrush is horrendous. Pressing the trigger down and pulling it back feels very gritty, as if there is sand between the joints of the trigger. Generous amounts of lubricant was not enough to reduce the friction. Furthermore, the needle fits very tightly into the airbrush, this causes even more resistance when pulling back on the trigger. These are things that will eventually go away after use after It has broken in but it is disappointing to say the least.
