Not everybody likes Norton, but I have stuck with it over the years and have never been infiltrated by the bad guys. My wife is dreadful on our laptop at opening any old site but this warns her to 'keep away' and she heeds.Easy to install, and as long as I go into my Norton account after instalation and cancel auto renew I can continue to buy at a very reasonable price on Amazon.Only downside is occasional pop up telling me how much crap I have on my laptop and how to sign up at a fairly expensive price to rectify this. Always ignore this but it is a niggle that won't go away.All in all feel safe surfing with Norton and it keeps my wife on the straight and narrow

What can you say. Always had and always will have this product

I have been using this security for a couple of months now and overall, I am quite pleased with the product. The security is good and I feel it protects my device well. The program on both my computer and mobile phone is easy to set up, use and maintain. When I first started using this product I did I have to input my banking details which is something I did not want to do, nor did I think was necessary however, I had no choice but to do it in order to use the product. I have been able to turn off automatic renewal so hopefully, I will not be charged for a subscription when this current one comes to its end. One massive issue that I do have with this product is the VPN that comes with it. Firstly, it was working fine on my computer for the first couple of weeks but now, it will no longer connect. Secondly, I have recently purchased a new phone and immediately had issues with disconnecting from the WiFi. I am quite tech savvy and after a lot of investigating, my conclusions is that the VPN was causing the issue. I booted the phone in safe mode and deleted the VPN and have not had any issues since. Overall, I do like this product and I think it is decent for the price however, if the use of a VPN is important to you then I would not recommend this. The product has good advantages, but it does also have some big pitfulls.

When I first got a computer, within the first week I got a virus. A silly virus but none the less a pain in the bottom. When turned it on, the screen would be populated by all the apps that were available at the time, and to access them one would move the curser via the mouse to the app. Click and it would open. Well the virus I had would make the App move away from the curser or it would change to something else.. I found a free scan by Norton Symantic or some such name. It ran and said we found a problem and fixed it for you.After that I have been loyal to Norton. The only thing I dislike is the Add on's they want to charge you for.

Have used Norton for years, they have never failed me yet, and these cards on amazon for great value for money.i specially went for this one due to the antitrack which enables you to make mask email addresses that will filter out any trackers, or harmful trackers in emails.

I am a long standing Norton customer.I have used 360 deluxe for 10 months. With 35 days to renewal they took £84.99 from my account. Read the small print. Why 35 days before renewal. Norton will not answer. I had already purchased a new key code via Amazon in July 21 ready for a renewal in early Nov 21.After complaining to Norton I received a refund. And they turned off the auto renewal.OK so far. They then tried to offer me a full renewal at £29.99. Having worked in law enforcement for 40 years plus, to me their automatic renewal is theft of approximately £55.So having paid just £14.99 from Amazon in July 21 which is half of the second Norton renewal amount , I signed into my account with Norton. BTW, they make it very difficult for a mon tech savvy users to go through their systems to do this. Eventually I entered the brand new key which was accepted.But no, you then get to your credit card details, details that they have held for 11 months and have not been changed. Their system then said that the card was not valid. It is, but I am guessing because it expires in Sept 22, two months before they try their automatic RIP OFF renewal system, it was not accepted.So I tried a very nice Indian customer service lady, who tried everything but eventually had to indicate that I needed to get an updated credit/debit card, she said this system changed two years ago.So I am in limbo, I tried to re-enter the key code, surprise, surprise its not acceptable.Ah, I could try an Amazon refund, but no, tge refund availability ran out in August this year.So if you want to purchase one of these key codes and you are new to Norton, good luck.Remember to cancel the £85 auto renewal.But if you are an existing Norton customer the only advice would be to let your subscription lapse. The uninstall everything from you PC etc. Then start again the next day with a brand new installation.Don't get caught, Norton are now another villainous company.

I am no expert, but all these anti virus things all seem the same to me. So, I just buy whatever is on offer at the timeI like this because it comes with ability to use on 5 devices. So we have this installed on our laptops, tablets and mobilesThe installation process can be a pain, especially if you're renewing your Norton for another 12 months and not installing for the first time. It's not the simplest of processes and unless you're patient, it cam be extremely frustratingThe PC windows version looks good and is easy to run a virus scan, but is very annoying because it always has pop ups from Norton asking me to buy additional products and I can't seem to turn them offThe mobile version is nice. Easy to install and just pull the screen or tap it to scan. I like thatThis isn't very user friendly in my opinion and I honestly don't like it. But, it does give me peace of mind from all the hackers and dodgy websites I visit and usually I manage to pick this up in the sales for around £12If it wasn't so cheap and cover so many devices I would try something else
