Is the interior diameter of the valve plumbing 3/8" or a more restricted in size?

The OD of the barb is a little large(about 1/16inch/1.58mm) than 3/8 inch, but it suitable for 3/8 inch ID tubing indeed. It can connect with the tubing more tightly, but the tubing should NOT be too hard, otherwise the barb may be difficult to insert into it.
