Will update if customer service can get a piece to me that will fit over the threads.Put it all together without it and they wanted a picture so I had to take it apart.Part arrived and installed easily!What i really love about the faucet is that I can adjust the amount of water flow! It is also beautiful. Never dreamed I'd really like the waterfall shower head but it is so very nice!

I like the color, sleek design, the shape, and the sturdiness of the fixtures, as well as the very easy to use handle. I only wish that it had multiple settings, instead of only one setting.

We purchased the Shower Faucet set and had it installed August 2022. Our bathroom was brand new and all of the fixture were purchased in amazon. Please help

We bought this shower head as 1 of 2 in our shower. It’s my favorite as it has more pressure than the rainfall head on the ceiling. We didn’t use the handle it came with, just the head. The worst part is the build up in the silicone pieces if you have hard water.

It was relatively easy to install. It really modernizes the look of tithe shower. Nice water flow.

right from the start, the product was awesome. the box the parts arrived in were all neatly organized and well packaged. instructions for the installation was straightforward and detailed enough. the design is modern which i definitely like.shower head provides good pressure.the only issue i had was with the installation of the valve plate. there is a rubber bushing that i presume is to keep you from cutting yourself on the not sharp edge (there really wasnt a need for it at all), but it might have been for waterproofing between the valve body and the valve plate, but it didnt fit... there was a plastic piece that covered the valve body (for protection during installation and shipping i'd imagine), that i kept on the valve body to center the valve plate. once the plate was siliconed to my wall, i removed the protective cover from valve body, removed the rubber grommet/bushing from the plate and put silicone around the gap between valve body and plate. worked out well!long story short/tldr: would recommend.

Quality product but the streams are a bit weak. I like to have the choice between a strong stream or lighter, but this does not achieve strong stream. It's not my water pressure because all other faucets are very strong.

I can admit that we were a bit hesitant to purchase this item after there were no reviews to read over, but surprisingly enough this is AWESOME! My husband installed it in just a couple of hours, and it looks and works fantastic! The water pressure that comes out of the shower head is crazy! If you want more of a rain-fall type feel, then you could always purchase a longer arm extension for the shower head. Also, it doesn't come with the valve for plumbing. You have to buy that separately.

I couldn't believe how light the shower head and handle were. I can't speak for the longevity of the product but I wasn't willing to take a risk. Invested in a Pfister instead with way better quality but close to double the price. This is a definite example of 'get what you pay for'.Also, when I went to return it I was charged over $15.
