It works but use it wisely
The stuff works. I decided to cycle it and open the capsule to yield a smaller dosage because testosterone was too abundant and it acted like caffeine keeping me awake. I had to skip a day, then estimate 1gram with water which did not taste bad using a shot glass. The product does help and I'm glad to have purchased it.

Take boron daily to clean stomach and intestines. I also use NAC and stay away from processed foods.

Neon yellow
Just started it so I can not speak to efficacy but just a warning this turns your urine a very bright neon yellow (due to the large dose of riboflavin in it). It is slightly unnerving if you are not expecting it.

a good boron I hope
As far as I know these are boron. Haven't seen an analysis though. Difficult to trust anything or anyone these days.

Great for Menopause
This mineral is taking by my mother for years. She says she can’t live without. Every time she tries to stop using it, the menopause symptoms come back.
