There are a lot of other reviews of this book that all say about the same thing so I also recommend you also read them and see how similar the opinions are about the accuracy and usefulness of this book.I have read and researched many many books on relationships within astrology. This book is the most accurate and comprehensive that I have seen to date because the book breaks down each sign into 5 "subtypes." That is, there are 3 types within each sign and 2 covering cusp personality types on either end of the sign (i.e. Pisces-Aries Cusp, Aries I, II, II and Aries-Taurus Cusp).The beginning of the book provides a strikingly-accurate 2-page description of each subtype and then goes on to cover each and every possible relationship combination of any two of the given subtypes. The authors dedicate a half-page for every conceivable combination. Every combo has a unique "name" that is the astrologer's take on the type of relationship (i.e. one relationship between two Leo subtypes, with the real-world example of Sean Penn & Madonna, is called "The Greatest Love of All"). It's pretty amusing and amazing what names the authors come up with for hundreds of pages of various combos.The descriptions are mostly devoted to romantic relationships, but there are also some short descriptions of work relationships and family relationships (parent-child or even sibling) within most of the combinations. Finally, for each subtype it gives "best" combination for love, marriage, work, parent-child, etc. It's important to note that what combination works best in "love" often does not always work in marriage! The inside cover of the book provides a handy cross section with pages to enable the reader to quickly locate a combo for any relationship.It may not be 100% accurate, but it's as close as I have seen in any book. If you want better you will have to have someone do a birth chart for each of you. Short of being an astrologer yourself or having a professional doing your charts, this book is REFERENCE CLASS for looking at relationship astrology.This book has proven to be so intriguing that you will find it being passed around to friends, people at work, at a party...and they'll all love it. It's one-of-a-kind and the author is truly gifted to have accurately captured the astrological implications of these relationships. I can't recommend this book highly enough.

I've owned this book for a few years now. It's been very accurate towards just about all of my relationships. I use it as a reliable guide. Easy and enjoyable to read, and thorough. It's helped in understanding more of myself, as the book includes personal characteristic details too. Recently bought a copy for a close friend.

I am a huge fan of any book written by Gary Goldschneider. I first purchased his birthday book and fell in love with it. I then purchased another of his called “The Astrology of You and Me” which is still my all time favorite one of his works. That one has taught me how to deal with various people of diff astrological signs whether they be a lover, just a friend, an ex, a boss at work, coworker, etc.. he breaks it down about how to have a good relationship with other people of all signs. I purchased 2 copies of this one here.. “The Secret Language of Relationships” for both, my girlfriend and myself. To be honest, I have yet to really dig into this book, but I plan on it. I bought this one specifically to add to my collection by this author, but also to help my girlfriend and I understand our relationship better as I’ve never dated a Pisces before, nor has she dated a Gemini. I plan on reading this once I get some spare time to do so. I will update my review later on after I have more time to do so. As for shipping, it came fast with no issues on my end. No complaints.

This book is ALWAYS right. My best friend & I even joke about "what does the book say?" when she's telling me about her dating experiences.Once with an ex who I caught cheating I looked up the partnership of his & the person he cheated with & it said "this relationship starts as an affair." Super accurate.

This is a fun book to read. I’ve bought it several times over the years to give as a gift. My most recent purchase was a bit disappointing though as the front cover was creased and slightly rough around the edges. No time to return as the recipients birthday is imminent. So perhaps order well in advance if you intend to make this a gift

Book is amazing. Good for some insight. All my family and friends love it.

It's not a book I'd rely on for accuracy of relationship details but it was refreshingly different how it divides each sun sign into 1,2, or 3 and then pairs together every possibility of partners and gives a unique name to the partnership. My sister and husband's was called 'blistering criticism. My ex and I 's was called , 'eternally playful." Yes, so I didn't want this book but I was intrigued to see what it was all about before returning.
