I'm a portrait photographer and I bought these to deliver photos to clients. I've only tried 3 of the drives so far and one is dead-on-arrival. On my Windows 10 PC, File Manager gives a "Please insert a disk into USB drive" error. Disk Management lists it as a removable drive with No Media - so you have no option to format or create a new volume or otherwise attempt some type of repair. 1 failure out of 3 = 33% failure rate so far. Even if the other 7 drives work properly, 1 out of 10 = 10% failure rate. Good luck trying to contact Kootion to obtain warranty replacements - their website is not responding and there's no contact information in the packaging. Their "KOOTION Customer Service Team" leaves comments here on (negative) reviews, but conveniently leaves out contact information.

Out of ten drives, one worked. Of the other nine, five aren't even recognized by my or others devices - my laptop, wife's laptop, work PC, colleagues PC, raspberry pi, Cisco switch - nothing. The other 4 appear in device manager, but do not show usable storage of any volume, and not gparted in Linux or the HP USB Format Tool in Windows acknowledge that they are formattable devices or even have a partition table.Waste of time, money, and effort.

They are flash drives. They hold stuff. I putt things on them and the flash drives keep them safe till I retrieve them. They hold digital files of music. I load them up with music and plug them into my car. My car has no CD player. Flash drives are better. These flash drives work great. They do everything I say flash drives do. They arrived quickly and safely. I am pretty damn happy. Yes! I highly recommend these flash drives to one and all.

Only after I read the 1-star reviews did I pick up the hint that all the photos had to be in one folder in order for these thumb drives to hold as much storage as they're supposed to. While in the end they worked, they don't work the way they are supposed to.

My HP desktop recognizes all the other brands of flash drives I insert but not this brand. Makes them useless. They are low priced, however!

Liked the packaging. Slimline case ideal for storage, easy retrieval. Choice of flash drive color a plus. Easy to "color code" contents for dissemination. I donate my photos to non-profit organizations. Rather than fill large-capacity flash drives with hundreds of images to review, a 2gb USB Flash Drive enables me to store/share only the best of select photo series.

these are small enough to use to transport small patterns from the computer to my embroidery machine. I just need one pattern at a time and these seem to work very well for that.

This batch was ALL defective. Couldn’t use any of them.
