Multiple users on different phones around the country - can they all add pictures and short videos to a single device?

BEWARE! In order to email a photo to the frame, a person must sign up for a Nixplay account. You don't have to use the app, but you do have to set up a personal Nixplay account to be able to email a photo to the frame. What that means is that my extended family (over 100 people) will all have to become registered users of the Nixplay system in order to send photos to my 100 year old grandmother. I wasn't able to find this out until after I bought one and attempted to set it up. I'm returning it in favor of the Skylight frame, which does allow emails from non-account holders.

Question 2

Can you load pictures onto this picture frame using a usb or sd card?

I bought the Kool-Aid.  Subscription-based is great for corporation, terrible for consumer.  Gotta keep paying and paying for their wi-fi models.  Sending it back. Their SD card models only take 32GB (when today you can buy a cheap 256GB card), only 1 minute of video, and only HD, not 4k as has been common for 4-5 years.  
OTOH, cannot find other products that are "modern" (256GB card, unlimited video, 4K, etc).

Question 3

Does it rotate the picture automatically to fit the frame?

Ultimately, yes. But there are some factors to consider (1) The orientation of the photo or picture/video you took (2) How you physically orient the frame. If you position your frame in portrait or in landscape, the content will adjust to suit your placement. (3) There are a number of transition settings that you can adjust using your remote or mobile app, to give you the best viewing options, taking (1) and (2) into account. Can this frame connect to Wi-Fi networks on 5Ghz band (and not limited only to 2.4ghz) ?

Most WiFi routers have an option to separate the auto bandwidth selection into individually named 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks. It may take someone with a little tech-know to accomplish this, but should not be too difficult on most routers.
