I am a US Marine Corps Officer and Long-Distance Adventure Motorcyclist. I probably ride 10K-15K miles per riding season. This is an OUTSTANDING piece of gear! The unit normally sells for $75-$80. Amazon sells it for $55! The best thing about this disc lock is the audible alarm. 120dB - it is LOUD!! On a recent trip outside Seattle, I was staying overnight @ an Airbnb. I was inside, upstairs of the house watching a movie. The bike was outside in the driveway (at least 70-100 ft away). Alarm went off! I ran outside ready to do battle with the would-be bike thieves! It was just the wind. Point-being. The audible siren is "motion sensitive" once set. You can adjust the sensitivity, but even if the rear of the bike is shaken - the alarm sounds. The unit is also completely "waterproof". Have set it in a torrential downpour on the Oregon coast, and the next morning I came out and unit was still functioning perfectly - no affect. Don't spend the additional money on the same variant made by Kryptonite - get the URBAN UR6 - you will not be disappointed - and the SECURITY of your very expensive motorcycle depends on it!! This lock is almost too sensitive. I hit my tire with a small stick and it sets it off. I guess too sensitive is better than not sensitive enough. I also like how loud it is.

Been using this for almost a year. Look no further because this thing is beyond worth the price. SOLID build quality, heavy and sturdy, sensitive enough to detect a legitimate bump but not overly sensitive to where it's going off with every gust of wind (also depends on exactly where you lock it in and how it hangs). Also love the fact that it gives warning beeps first before the actual alarm, so if you accidentally bump it, just dont touch it until the warning stops and you wont have to scramble to get the key to shut it off. An absolute must have these days.

Update: I forgot it was there and started riding off one time and bent the pin out of its seat, I was lucky that I was just barely able to slip it off the rotor. But it also made me wonder if a thief could simply push the bike hard enough to do the same? Got a handlebar reminder this time.This is some good peace of mind if parked in a questionable area. I was worried about sensitivity being too much and I would walk out to find it alarming for no reason. But everything seems to work as advertised. I tested by barely moving or bumping the bike and it gave its warning, if I continued small movements it set off the full alarm. Easy to lock/unlock and arm. I'm positive it would stop an average thief, or some a-hole trying to sit on it.

This is a nice lock with respect to design compromises. It's fairly light so carrying it in a backpack is not a bother. However, I believe the body is not steel, instead some mag/alum alloy, and can be cut through with a hacksaw much like the $20 Chinese locks.The audio alarm is superb: Loud and sensitive, if the bike is only touched, not even rolled, it screeches out a warning.I feel that the audio alarm is the primary deterrence of a lock like this.It can be locked without the key, which is a vital feature.My only issue is that the alarm is just a little too sensitive. I just dropped a box 12 feet away onto a concrete floor and the beep sounded. If you are street parking with garbage trucks passing by, I'd be a little worried about false alarms.Definitely worth the upgrade over the $20 Chinese locks, while those are not bad, this lock has much better audio alarm.

Great product works fantastic

Very durable and motion detection is off the charts! Even just a slide nudge on the motorcycle on the opposite side will cause a beep and continue beeping until movement stops. It’s small enough to take with you everywhere and when the detection fully goes off it’s ridiculously loud so will alert anyone. Easy to use lock as well. Great purchase.

je viens de le recevoir donc pas pertinent sur l'utilisation a long terme mais je dois dire que cet anti vol est de bonne qualité vous le fermer , appuyer sur le bouton et c’est armé , il s'adapte parfaitement sur mon scooteur Peugeot kisbee black édition .En fait il s'adaptera sur n’importe quel disque de frein même un vélo il peu servir uniquement d'alarme ou de bloc disque ou les 2 a la fois .La pile se change facilement et en cas de soucis les pièces détachée sont disponible pour réparation . Donc je ne peu que le recommander , j'ai acheter a par le cordon jaune fluo c'est un bon indice visuel pour les voleurs ils voie ça ils ne s'approche pas , et évidement il vous sert de rappel pour ne pas oublier de retirer le bloc disque avant de partir sinon sa pourrais faire des dégâts .

J’utilise cet antivol depuis plusieurs mois sur ma moto et j’en suis très satisfait.✅ Points positifs :Installation facile et rapide, le format est compact et se glisse facilement sous la selle.Le système d’alarme est très dissuasif : 120 dB, ça réveille tout le quartier si on touche au deux-roues !Bonne sensibilité, il déclenche au moindre mouvement suspect, mais pas au simple passage d’un piéton à côté.Construction robuste, le corps respire la solidité.Étanche : il a déjà pris la pluie et fonctionne toujours parfaitement.La batterie tient bien, et le module est remplaçable, ce qui prolonge la durée de vie du produit.⚠️ Petit bémol :Le verrouillage/déverrouillage peut paraître un peu dur au début, mais après quelques utilisations ça va mieux.👉 En résumé :Un excellent antivol qui combine solidité mécanique et alarme puissante. Ça apporte un vrai sentiment de sécurité, surtout quand on laisse sa moto ou son scooter dehors. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande sans hésiter !
