Hi Barbara, I was surfing around and this is what I discovered: 19 calories in a TABLESPOON…Looks like 8 capsules. Servings per container 125…..Hope this was of some help.

This does not contain 2000mg of product. It contains "the equivalent of" "based on 200mg of 10:1 extract." What does this mean?

Extract ratio of 10:1 means that the cinnamon is basically "condensed" and 1mg of the condensed version is equivalent to 10 mg of condensed product. So, 200mg of condensed product is equivalent to 2000 mg of noncondensed product.
