Top line: A gentle detoxer that will best help those with a significant need--don't expect it to be the catalyst though!Good: Total Tea delivers on it's promise of a gentle detox tea with a great flavor. When I'm feeling a little uncomfortable in the gastrointestinal area or simply sluggish, TT is a quick, easy solution that typically delivers the results I'm looking for. The ginger/mint flavor is great and stands on its own without any need for supplement.Bad: This tea is definitely gentle. The directions says to steep for just a few minutes; I find it to be far more effective to steep for 10 (or simply leave the bag in). Even then, for me, Total Tea is not a great PROACTIVE solution for digestive aid--if I just take it at a random time when everything is peachy, usually nothing happens. If I stick to REACTIVE situations, where I feel any distress or simply backed up, it usually delivers in spades. If you are expecting a more aggressive reaction every time you drink a detoxer like this, you may want to try a stronger variety.Other: The flavor/scent of the tea is quite nice. Be aware that it tends to linger on glasses/mugs and even your hands. You'll need a good scrub to get it completely off.

Tea works great, but over half of the tea bags have small tears in them causing the tea leaves to fall out. Not a very good tea to drink when it's chunky like that. UPDATE- the seller reached out and is sending a replacement bag! The customer service alone makes me want to continue to order from them. Thank you so much!!

I brew up a big pitcher of the Mint Berry Iced Tea and have a glass every evening after dinner. It is perfect and refreshing on a hot evening and soothes bloat and keeps everything “regular” without any discomfort. Of course it’s is also great hot on a cold night whenever that happens again 😃! UPDATE: Since I wrote the original review I have found that the quality of the teabags themselves has gone significantly down hill - before even getting to the teapot or iced tea pitcher half of the tea from the teabags has leaked/spilled all over my counter just from taking them out of the paper wrappers. This was not the case previously, and I often find that the teabags have torn/opened/split inside of the pitcher - the tea still tastes ok, but there are little tea leaves in every sip :(

I wanted to detox my body. This was a great product with caffeine free. It really works.

Tastes great! On my third day of use and my bloating has improved.
