I have used other laminating pouches before and I started thinking they were all the same. You know what I mean, those bubbles that always pop up in the middle after the laminating is cooled, and those ends that always seem to either never seal or come unglued after cooling too. Or how about that cloudyness that sometimes happens. Your project that you made, now looks worse then when you started, cloudy, have to glue the corners and all those things I mentioned earlier.Well these are not like that. I have only used the hot ones, but let me tell you they made a believer out of me. What is even more amazing is they cost less then what those expensive ones cost too. I have used all the sizes they have so far and they have all worked the same, just amazing.I started with these because they were inexpensive and though if I would end up being out money it would not be so bad for what I paid for them. So I used these as covers for my labels for my bath and body products that I make. I like my own designs for my labels but could not afford to buy those expensive ones from others that sell them, for every scent and product that I make. So thought I would try these. I have put 2 and 3 pieces of thin papers together and laminated them all at once. I was amazed at the quality I got, I figured I would just end up throwing them away, because they would not seal all the sections together. They did!!!!! Then I even did a decorative edge on the paper and the pouches and they still held together. I put them on my bottles, jars, and lids for every product I had and they look amazing. I was so shocked at the comments that I have gotten about how beautiful my products look, different from all the others.That is what I like, different and one of a kind. Most people will not use these for label covers or things like that, but try these out, they are amazing. So clear and sealed you will not believe it. I use nothing else and buy these when I can get them, even if I don't need them. I have seen so many things work, that they replace and I hope they never do that to these.Thanks for such a wonderful product PURPLE COW.

Excellent Hot Pockets Hot Laminating Pouches from Purple Cow! I rated these at five stars because they are durable and stand up to the rigorous beating my three kids continually impart on them through play! Mostly, I laminate the kid's extra good artwork I want to keep around for a while, but I also laminate card-stock with a simple travel bingo game printed on it. That way the kids can use a dry-erase marker to check off different items they find looking out their windows of our minivan while on a road trip or vacation. You can print pictures of license plates from all the states on there and see how many states you can find. A variation is to put tally marks on the plates each time you see a given state so you can also see how many of each state you find... but I digress. These pouches hold up nicely! They go into the lamination machine straight and smooth and just work well every time! I love laminating and these are a great price for great quality! You will not go wrong in purchasing these wonderful Hot Pockets Hot Laminating Pouches from Purple Cow! I have and will continue to buy these again and again! A wonderful product!

These laminating pouches work well with my Purple Cows Laminator - they are sturdy and protect my papers very well. If you do a lot of laminating, however, you're better off purchasing a bulk pack of laminating pouches from Oregon Laminations Company. They offer packs of 100 for far less per pouch than you would pay for the Purple Cows brand. I've been using that brand for over a year and would recommend them fully.

I purchased the Purple Cows laminator because our school always kept the laminator locked up. It was quite inexpensive, so I was a bit doubtful, but for under $25 I felt I could absorb a loss if it didn't work out. I couldn't be happier - the laminator and the puches work very well. You simply open the pouches and lay the materials to be laminated between the two halves, and then pass it through the laminator. The pouches seem a bit light, but when you combine the two layers they end up being sufficiently thick for most applications. I've used about 40 so far and have been very pleased with the results. Occasionally the lamination isn't quite complete, but you just pass it through the machine again and so far that has solved the 2 or 3 problems I've had. Great little product at a great little price.

I really like this product. They are easy to use with the laminating machine and are very durable. I use these laminating pouches for both business and personal use.

Bought the Purple Cows laminator years ago at Costco...was very inexpensive. I have used it for so many things...from credit card-sized to lettter size...works perfectly! Would have had to pay $1.75 per page at local Kinko's.

I used to use the self-adhesive laminator sheets, but I kept noticing the price differences between "pockets" and the ones I always used to buy. I'm so glad I broke down and bought the Purple Cow laminator and sheets! These sheets don't crinkle, and they come out perfectly every time. I like that they offer different sizes of pockets, too. I will always buy these products for my laminating projects.

The first pack I bought was awesome while the second pack was horrendous! To make use of these sheets I am going to have to glue the pieces down first because they freely move about the pocket. I might as well just put them in contact paper. I don't know if it was just the pack I got or this is now the "new pocket" that Purple Cow is using. Seriously going to reconsider ever wasting my money on this again.
