Used it the once so far, bear that in mind. Very lightweight, feels like it's empty inside. If there is a heatsink, it's a small one? Also, this charger is smaller in stature than my original that came with my Electric bike. I had to buy a new one as my 'original' got hot! 56 C° For me, that was too hot to keep on for 6 hrs or so. This one does have a built in fan. It's audible and obviously a cheap fan, though not too bad. Main thing though, it charged fine and did NOT get hot in anyway at all. It was so well behaved I didn't even bother to take a heat reading.

I bought this product to replace a failed charger for my NCM Moscow. It arrived promptly (thank you!). The build quality is not what I expected and I had to use force to fit the cable to the charger, but despite that, the charger worked well and recharged the battery fully overnight. I hope it lasts... Good value for money though and I would recommend this charger.

Fail to work after about 8 or 10 charges
