I take one these pills about an hour and a half before bedtime. These vitamins gently soothe me and help me get sleepy before bed. I highly recommend them!

I suffer from afib and ventricular tachycardia, with the later being he worst. My VT got so bad, I went to the hospital for it while vacationing overseas, seriously thinking I was going to die. I've never had such severe irregular heartbeats in all the years I've been diagnosed with afib, turns out it was VT. I had tried magnesium citrate for this in the past, but it didn't seem to really help all that much. This was suggested by a doctor, only trouble is, he said any magnesium, so the citrate form is what I bought because it was on sale. This time around I did a little research and saw that magnesium taurate was best to eliminate the palpitations. I bought it thinking maybe it will help, maybe not... but yet had high hopes. Well, I've been taking for about 30 days now, one pill in the morning and one in the evening and I have to say, it has really helped. My palpitations/VT has been greatly reduced, and I'm not living in daily stress anymore. It hasn't completely eliminated it, but it has eliminated it enough to where I don't really notice it anymore, and because of that, I'm leading my normal life again... stress free of dropping dead at any moment from that irregular heartbeat. As far as I'm concerned, I will take this for life, it truly has been a game changer for me. I just purchased another bottle, even though I still have a couple weeks supply left of the first bottle I bought, I just wanted to make sure I still had some once I run out. I highly recommend magnesium taurate if you suffer from the same thing, it is worth a try, and every day I'm thankful I gave it a shot.

What a difference magnesium has made in my life. As a person who lost half my colon to gangrene and peritonitis (a result of a surgical accident), it is becoming more and more difficult as I grow older for my body to assimilate magnesium.
