Dr.Foot Heel Lift inserts are awesome! My husband has a leg discrepancy due to a hip replacement gone bad. He had been using a custom made lift in his shoe that was hard and not too comfortable. I searched amazon and fount Dr.Foot heel lift inserts and ordered them for him to try. He liked them so well that I bought more of them! The height is perfect and extremely comfortable making it much better for walking longer. Great design, firm but not hard and very durable and washable.

These heel raise are very comfortable and long lasting. My sister had hip replacement and her one leg got little short so we tried many hewl raise but were very uncomfortable. Finally I purchased these and worked very well. They won’t get saggy too fast. Happy with this purchase and will get these again.best thi g is you can adjust the heel raise

My chiropractor gave me some cork heel tabs to wear but these are a lot more comfortable, barely noticeable if you put them under your shoe insert.The only drawback is that it doesn’t stick well but if you place it underneath the shoe insert it shouldn’t move around.

Ideal product! Easily adjustable by selecting pads needed! Simply place under inner sole in shoe. Impressed with quality. I highly recommend due to design, durability and arch height. With this product I am able to make up for difference in leg length to avoid back strain and ease of walking.

OK, maybe I'm just cheap, but I bought these with the intention of using them in whatever pair of shoes I am wearing that day, switching them as needed. So these arrive, three different lifts that you can stick together to create level you prefer (use one, two or three - or technically, if you don't want them in both shoes, you could get one lift as high as 6 levels together). First glitch was that it was tricky to line them up exactly when sticking them together, and once they are together, good luck prying them apart to reposition. Each layer has the sticky part covered with a slick, clear plastic. In theory, that shouldn't be a problem, but it also means that when all 3 layers are stuck together, the bottom still has that plastic, unless you are willing to uncover the sticky. So I put them in my shoes, and as the day went on, I soon discovered that the plastic cover makes them slick, and they slide around in my shoes. I dealt with it for a few days, and then realized that the plastic cover was starting to come off anyway, so I decided to just remove it and stick them in the shoes, hoping that they would transfer to other pairs without too much trouble. This is working for now, and the inserts stay in place while wearing them, but peeling them up and putting them in a different pair of shoes is not all that easy. I also noticed that they are definitely showing signs of wear and permanent indentations after only a couple weeks of use, which means that they are no longer lifting as much as they should. I suspect they won't last much longer and I'll need new lifts. I will definitely choose a different brand for my next ones and watch for a something that will transfer to different pairs better.

These inserts help balance my unevenness from a knee replacement and fix my arch height. Also, they have helped tremendously with my foot pain This is my third time buying this product. I love them and will continue to use them. They fit very easily into my shoes.This particular pair of inserts that I am showing a picture of I have walked over 200 miles with! They are excellent quality and effectiveness!

These hell lifts are so much better than others we have tried. They have much more cushion and are very comfortable. My daughter has one leg that is a little bit shorter than the other which causes her some back pain. This lift has gotten rid of the pain completely. The only downfall is that the adhesive doesn’t stick to her shoe inserts, but this also allows her to move them to different shoes easily.

These inserts had been recommended for plantar fasciitis. I ordered these in med and large sizes. They do fit in shoes well, because of their adhesive backing, they stay put, offer cushioning and offer comfort for that condition. Can't speak to their role or effectiveness long term at this point. The size difference between med and large products I received is mainly in width and negligibly in length.This was a replacement order because the original shipment of the medium size was of a used product as evidenced by the different packaging, the hair and dirt against the adhesive "layers", and sandy texture on the microfiber inserts. Praise to Amazon for its quick replacement.
